“We travelled quite a distance to the Formby showroom as we prefer to see before we buy. We had a great experience. The salesman took us through everything we needed and we were very happy with the service. The goods came quickly and we are glad we took the time to go to Victorian Plumbing.”

“The delivery experience was very good. The driver was pleasant and helpful and everything arrive neatly packed on the pallet. My only reservation was the need to check the order at that time in 15mins.... hard to thoroughly check a whole bathroom suite and ancilliaries in that time. Still very thing was fine. The bathroom it self was nice - the basin tap was hard to tighten up due to very limited access and we still had to do a lot of cutting to fit everything but it did allow for a more customised fitment I suppose. All in all a good experience.”

“Very wide range of products. Helpful staff and easy shipping and delivery service to jersey !! Hardest thing was choosing the right colour. Was recommended Victoria plumbing by my brother and would recommend again for sure !”

“The actual order and communication were fantastic. But the company you use to deliver were not helpful. They left 4 radiators, weighing in at around 100kg on the road, would not even bring them to the front door and then left me with a huge palette to dispose of. I had to get some workmen to help me move them into the house. This is not acceptable.”
