“Still waiting on some items with an ever-changing due date, which is very frustrating. products seem good however i cannot say for certain untill all parts actually arrive so we can finish the bathroom.”

“Ever happy with the service, easy to us website, I had a call from one of the reps to say a product was out of stock & would I be happy for an upgraded replacement. Speak me through ever step to ensure I was happy with the new item. Items where wrapped/packaged very well & the quality of products are great.”

“Delivery was within 5 days although not happy with the delivery company who told me they would call an hour before delivery but actually called while sitting outside house so had to rush back. Shower enclosure is nice and good quality but instructions supplied and instructions on internet do not match the shower. Wasted 2 hours trying to suss out how it went together. Also a couple of seals missing.”
