“They were very good , article arrived damaged but we didn’t have chance to unwrap it for 10 days but once we notified them there was no delay,no questions asked, they replaced the item immediately but when asked for a refund instead they were quite happy with this too and refunded 2 days later- great service”

“Cannot fault the service. Ordered everything online and was all delivered about a week later on a pallet, all contents were there. Good communication regarding delivery times. Have since ordered more stuff with next day delivery. Great service, would definitely recommend.”

“I ordered a small freestanding bath which was exactly the size I wanted. It was delivered to my offshore Island using Victoria Plumbing's "pallet board" service and arrived extremely well protected from damage and securely wrapped on the pallet. I was very impressed at the care taken by Victoria Plumbing to ensure the item would arrive with the minimum risk of damage to such a difficult delivery location.”
