“Pallet delivery was difficult because of the pallet having to stay with delivery. The driver was very helpful but I question whether there was a need to have a pallet and ask why you can’t take the pallet away”

“Absolutely awful experience, item arrived damaged and nearly two weeks on they have still not offered any kind of solution. But you do get an automated message apologising for it taking so long to get back to you... A very disappointing and stressful experience so far. No idea how we will get this bathroom finished our builders won't wait any longer.”

“Our first order was delivered by Victorian Plumb themselves who helped bring the goods in to the house. The second order was delivered by a pallet company who are told to do no more than put the loaded pallet on the kerbside and leave you to it. This means if you have heavy goods it's in theory left to you to get the goods inside the house. Also it asks you to inspect the goods before accepting them. This was not easy as our pallet include a large heavy shower tray and another dozen items. Why was one consignment delivered direct and the other delivered by a contractor? The pallet delivery driver was very helpful but he's told not to assist or go in customers houses. Also only one pallet was used( to save money?) so the shower tray was loaded vertically on to one pallet. Why the difference in delivery?”

“If you buy off these make sure you get your order right , I ordered the wrong shower screen at £350 and they make you send the order back at rediculous costs , it’s cost me £90 to send the item back , they are not helpful at all , the phone number doesn’t exist anymore either so you struggle to get in touch with them”
