“Apart from the long delivery time of what was a small package, partly owing to the carrier Royal Mail ? all of the proccess went smoothly. The item I bought was good quality and once in place looked very nice and did the job it was intended for. Will but other things from Victoria Plumbing when required.”

“I have searched for a direct contact number to speak with SOMEONE. Sent an email to Customer Services, received a telephone call from Customer Services only to be told I’d have to send another email as they were not the right department to help me. Fustrating, unprofessional, worthless, aggy and pointless. I would not recommend Victoria Plumbing to any of my clients.”

“The ordering process seemed to be slick with in some cases a handy pop-up appearing suggesting additional essential items when adding items to the basket. The experience following checkout requires attention though. The purchase confirmation screen that appears includes some instructions to be noted for pallet deliveries. This stated that I had to check all items for damage before the driver leaves or victorian plumbing will not be held liable. This was a concern to me as it was quite a few items on my order. The email confirmation of the order however stated that I had 48 hours to check for damage which gave me a bit more comfort. You need to sort that anomaly though and be clear about what is required. Despatch and Delivery was painfully slow. The order was placed on 6th August. I ordered a bunch of items from a similar company on the same day. The items from that company arrived on 10th August yet I was still awaiting an update on the order status from Victorian Plumbing. The order was finally despatched on 11th August however the items did not arrive until 17th August. There was no communication from despatch until the 16th of August when I received a call saying they would deliver the following day. The online tracker originally said 15th August and the item seemed to sit at the delivery depot for a couple of days. The delivery driver however was very courteous and pleasant and was at pains to ensure that he offloaded the pallet carefully and that I was happy with where the pallet was being placed.”
