“I ordered a belfast double sink, waste and mixer tap online, (which I wouldn't normally have done as I like to see before I buy) but covid meant I didn't have any choice. I am so pleased with the products, they are exactly as described, really well packaged in recyclable materials, delivered at the time promised and I can't wait to get them installed. Unfortunately we are in lockdown at the time of writing, I just wish I could get a plumber!”

“The radiators and valves I ordered arrived a day before they were due. They were well packed on a pallet. Even thing was fine and I was pleased with the service. I wasn't surprised because I bought towel heated radiators from Victoria plumbing some years ago”

“Easy to use website to find tap and make order. Turin Modern Chrome Basin Mono Mixer Tap and wrench arrived very well protected and packed. Tap looks great and was easy to fit once instructions worked out . Nstructions that came with the tap were not particularly clear or helpful! Video on Victoria Plumbing website helpful but couldn’t find easily on website. Would order again from Victoria Plumbing”

“The ordering and delivery process was very straight forward. The shower tray arrived well protected and free from damage. Installation, although slightly challenging due to limited space available, was straight forward. It would have been helpful to have been made aware of the need to bed the tray on mortar. The only issue has been that, now we are using the shower, I find there to be a slight depression adjacent to the trap, not evident by eye, which results in incomplete drainage.”

“I was actually overall very happy with the online shopping experience. I bought a sparkling water tap. Two areas for improvement: 1. I did try and call and was on hold for over 15mins, and then gave up 2. when putting the Grohe Tap into the shopping basket, it offered me a discounted water filter (size L) as a suggestion. I bought that too, but only found out upon installation that only a SMALL fits under the tap - one of which was part of the initial package. So please do not offer something that does not actually fit the product. Otherwise, very happy with delivery and the product itself.”
