“Had what I wanted and good service, delivery on time during the COVID-19 restrictions. HOWEVER -I'm now being bombarded, on a lot of websites with ads for Victrorian Plumbing showing things I already bought. This is not only totally useless but counterproductive and really annoying. I have no need for more of what I already bought! Once I find how to stop it I shall think twice about ordering anything else.”

“Even through the Coronavirus lockdown essential supplies means at least we can bathe. An essential service. You obviously have implemented appropriate safeguards for your staff and customers but thank you all for staying at work and in business. We are going to need great companies like Victorian Plumbing to rebuild the country.”

“The delivery of the shower panels etc was as described. The shower panels themselves were on a large pallet construction which I am unsure was strictly necessary. The driver simply told me it was there and to deal with it. The panels are made of toughened glass so why build a pallet. Useful to have the wood though. The big but is that we ordered 6mm glass. Our builder who uses VP says we should have ordered 10mm as that is stronger and more stable. 6mm is very flimsy and unstable and the fittings do not seem to enable less waving about despite the best endeavours of the builder. A top support over the door for 6mm would help. The builder is looking at the VP technical site for further information on how to stabilise the glass.”
