“Terrible service. Received damaged goods. Still no replacement a week on. Further to this the order was delivered in bits and bobs. Almost lost my company a full project. Ended up having to buy things off the shelf from a local merchant to keep customer happy and try meet deadlines we had agreed. Will NOT use again”

“Website is not the easiest to navigate, and when choosing an item such as in my case a wall hanging sink there was no fixing kit with it, so I had to waste 2 hours finding one. Needs to be clearer and suggest what else might be needed. Delivery not straight forward either. This entailed me ringing the pallet company to work out when the item was coming. Even then no text to say when on route. The sink itself and the other bits I ordered were good though.”

“Would be nice to know a delivery a little closer not any time between 7/30 am to 5/30 perhaps morning or afternoon ours was delivered at 5/50pm so all day off work. Monza cubicle seems good except for the chrome roller covers which when the roller is bolted to the glass will not stay on”

“No phone service, haven't got the parts you need to fit a standard bathroom. I.e. colour match fillet panels. I have been doing this job for over 20 years and fine it unacceptable. Wilk not use again. Mark.”

“The whole experience so far has been very poor, I am no further forward now than I was three weeks ago when I placed my order, I’m £186 out of pocket currently and a part that doesn’t fit ! No communication for the last five days but have been sent this survey Disgusted”
