“Ordered two toilets - a normal one and a combo toilet/sink one. Wrong internal parts sent for the combo toilet. Customer service is so slow to respond - and their first response was to make us check we were using the right fittings: as if we wouldn’t have done that already. Clearly sent the wrong ones for the loo. Still waiting for ‘manufacturing’ to come up with a resolution - its simple: send the right parts! Wish I’d read other reviews before purchasing from VP. Apparently it’s commonly known amongst plumbers / builders that they’re not great.”

“Everything went well, except for the delivery. I wrote that no-one would be in & I needed advance notice of the delivery time, however they just left it in the road, and I had to be notified by the tenant that it had been delivered.”

“I booked my delivery for a Tuesday, they turned up on the Monday so I had to get my neighbour to take delivery as I dont work from home on Mondays. On returning home I checked the order and I am missing 1 x tile box, the driver has also left a palette and plastic on my drive. I have contacted Victorian Plumbing and its the 3 days since the delivery and I still not heard anything. I have filled out another internet form and wait someone to come back to me”

“Product good. Only really annoying thing is that they deliver the items on an enormous pallet to your driveway. You have to unpack the pallet and lug it all in yourself then have to dispose of the huge pallet yourself!”

“I have no issues with the product itself. They are great quality. My issue is with their delivery of products. They just leave everything outside and I live in an apartment which made things really difficult for me. They should at least have the option of doorstep delivery and I don't mind paying extra for it! Plus they leave these huge wooden pellets behind which cant fit in a car and I had to hire someone to dispose of it. Extremely poor delivery service”
