“I chose victoria plumbing despite this being the most expensive .. Once the product arrived, i asked the plumber to fix it and when he arrived and unwrapped the package it was broken. since then it has taken me well over a week to even get a response from victoria plumbing, I am still waiting for refund and collection of broken product. Not impressed”

“I purchased a white shower curtain online which arrived on 2 August 2020. When it arrived it was marked in two places - it looked like dirt had entered the packing via the 'breathing holes' in the plastic wrapper. I followed Victorian Plumbing's online instructions for returns/exchanges including attaching photographs of the marks and the packaging. The return instructions state: "1) Authorise your return through the Victorian Plumbing website 2) Wrap the item in the original packaging clearly marking your return number on a separate sheet. 3) Send the item back to our depot 4) Once our depot receives your return we will begin processing 5) Your refund can take up to 10 working days from date of us receiving your order." All seemed simple enough. However I have not yet been able to get past step 1. After completing the returns information online, and photographing the item, marks and packaging, I am still awaiting authorisation of my return. The returns information was sent to Victorian Plumbing on the 2 August and since that time I have had two 'sorry to keep you waiting auto-responses' and no authorisation of my return. One of the auto-responses has asked to enclose photographs of the item and damage which I did for a second time. It is now the 10 August and I have heard nothing to date. I appreciate that it is only a shower curtain, but poor customer service is poor customer service and this is clearly indicative of the behaviour and values of Victorian Plumbing. I will not be shopping with them again.”

“I returned an unwanted item unopened. I have prove of delivery, but 10 days later still no refund. Take a leaf out of Amazons book, they refund very quickly and you are able to speak to them over the phone rather than just email.”

“Order the Appleby freestanding bath with shower screen, the bath looks great but the screen arrived damaged from how it was stored on the delivery pallet, you have to notify within 24-48 hours of any damage, i sent the notification within 10 minutes of receiving the delivery, its now over 7 days and I have had no proper contact with victorian plumbing just standard automatic system reply's that ask you to send the same info again. I replied to the first one that did nothing the second one I've ignored. Not good customer service from victorian plumbing. I only gave 2 stars as the bath looks good.”
