“Good service took a little long on free post apart from that product ok”

“Fast delivery and plenty of communication from the supplier. 4 out of 5 only due to the delivery company who were not great and did not treat my package with care even with multiple "fragile stickers" all over it.”

“I’ve ordered several items from Victorian plumbing which were delivered extremely quickly. I can’t comment as to the performance of the items as they have not been fitted by my builder yet, which is why I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5.”

“Excellent service from Victorian plumbing. Delivery leaves something to be desired. Driver had to be pursuaded to put heavy pallet in garage and not leave it on the pavement. Then would not wait while I checked the pallet”

“New shower heads perfect m, thank you. However, Royal Mail let you down. They took two weeks to arrive and despite a number given, you could not track. Think Victorian Plumbing should find another delivery service.”

“The quality of all my items I have brought have been great, delivery is quick however due to picking a delivery date which can come at anytime in the date isn't always ideal as for most people we work and can't always be in. If we aren't in this would cost us an additional £25 for it to be redelivered. This is my only down fall.”
