“Bath was delivered, but pallet was broken at the bottom and it couldn't be brought up the drive. I have a bad back and it had to be left there until my husband came home after work. This would have been a disaster if I lived alone”

“Ordering online was very good. Delivery was a little misleading. It was stated that the shower screen would be delivered on a pallet. It was not although not a problem since I did not have to dispose of the pallet.”

“Good service, delivery can be difficult to pinpoint but they answered queries well. Bought all separate items from them and all arrived in great condition. The pallets were delivered to the road so be wary if ordering anything heavy as we were told that the drivers aren't allowed to unpack or lift anything.”

“Ordered a side panel for the bathtub. It arrived quickly however there was damage to one end where there had been an impact. Luckily, our contractor needed to shorten the panel and was able to cut off the damaged part. However, in future I would be cautious about ordering fragile items for delivery.”

“The order process was very easy - website easy to navigate and easy to see what was in stock and available for delivery. It made deisgning and ordering super simple! The delivery team were very helpful - and delivered quickly and efficiently. (products yet to be used so review just of order/delivery) It lost a star as the delivery is only to kerbside and the option to have it delivered indoors is currently not available. I would have paid for the extra service but apparently 'covid' ?”
