“A tap I ordered was not the right one. It was sent back in original package and extra packing material used to protect the tap in transit. When this company received it they stated it was damaged, it was not. Apparently there is no refund and no offer has been made to send it back to me for inspection and photos supplied do not show me the damage the company are claiming”

“Prices were competitive, delivery service was awful. My delivery was abandoned outside my house under the cover of darkness. When I used their online service to enquire why my delivery was late they took more than a week to respond. Unlikely to use again.”

“The bathroom suite that I ordered was amazing , one small problem the wrong taps were sent. I'm hoping that will be resolved. I also had a problem with transportation, however, Victorian plumbing resolved my problem fast and effectively.Over all very good”

“I’ve never been so let down by the delivery service, this will be to date the second attempt to deliver and I still have not received my goods, this will certainly put me off from making any future purchases from Victoria plumbing if this is the level of service being provided.”

“As I am disabled I wasn't happy that the delivery man wanted to leave my shower screen on my doorstep. Begrudgingly he just put it in my hallway. You also advised I should check the goods were okay and allowed 15 minutes for this.. Thats wasn't going to happen. Fortunately when my guy came to fit it, it was all there.”

“Order process was simple. Delivery was good and the product is exactly what we wanted. Good value as was unable to get cheaper anywhere else. Would have been 5 stars but there was around a week from payment being taken until product being posted out. No reason for this delay apparent and had to wait for arrival until I could finish my job”
