“One of my items arrived damaged and still waiting for a response about a replacement after 4 days. Meanwhile the bathroom can not be completed.”

“The website could have been more clearly structured and if had known that there was a four bar radiator option I may have gone for it - it was also difficult to select similar design radiators but of different sizes.”

“Only comment reference delivery - package weighed 140kg and the pallet could not go through the front door so my wife and son had to dismantle and lift the goods into the house.”

“Item was fine and delivered when stated. Whilst it does state the item (sink) will be delivered to the door by pallet. That is exactly what happens....... the sink was left wrapped in plastic attached to a large wooden pallet - just bear this in mind if you dont have anyone immediately to take into your house or have no way of disposing of a large wooden pallet.”

“Delivery was well-organised and well-communicated, but the drivers left us with two huge wooden pallets to dispose of - something that wasn't mentioned when ordering, and which required special disposal arrangements on our part. No other appliance/plumbing supplies company has done this, and we've ordered a lot in the past couple of months!”

“Ordered a vanity sink unit, asked for delivery to contact me shortly before delivery so I could get home, phoned me when knocking at door. Unit was damaged so contacted customer services 3 times before finally sorted”

“Main fixtures and furniture is good. Plumbing accessories are useless. Always leak never fit properly for the unit provided. Always end up having to go and replace items through the local plumbers merchant”

“The first item was damaged however they sent a full replacement in 5 working days Their delivery service is poor, they don’t call 2 hours prior to delivery as promised! A 9am-5pm window is too wide for people who work. It is a kerbside delivery which I was unaware of however the delivery guys were helpful and brought it out to my front door.”

“Goods arrived on a pallet, driver apparently uninsured to take it off so left it on my drive. No instructions on how to attach the sink to the vanity. Top fix toilet seat fixings broke when I tried to fit it as per the instructions. Had to improvise. Go The suite itself is nice and relatively good quality for the money, but a few more helpful hints wouldn't go a miss.”

“selecting and ordering the bathroom was easy, some trouble with delivery as I was repeatedly told I could only get a time if I rang after 10 am. the pallet arrived at 10 am. I work 30 minutes from home so the pallet was left on the pavement. The driver was very helpful apparently.”
