“Product good and ordering easy but delivery process not smooth. Delivery due on the Thursday, driver turned up, when he looked in van the toilet hadn’t been loaded. Said he’d return the next day with it, but didn’t. Finally appeared with it on the Monday. We had to reorganise plumbers, take extra time off work to receive delivery on two different days. In the meantime I had sent message to Victorian Plumbing as the online tracking was no help, which I didn’t receive a reply to for over a week. Would probably not use again based on our experience.”

“I ordered a shower screen and new vanity unit and toilet. Absolutely delighted, very easy to order from a comprehensive website, prompt delivery and goods were exceptionally well packaged even the courier commented and said this was the norm for Victorian Plumbing Goods. Really pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to order from Victorian Plumbing again or recommend them. Five star service, thank you”

“Victoria plumbing, have items you may not see in the everyday retail shop. They have a good range of sizes to fit all areas ( lots of sizes available) Their site is user friendly especially for the mature person like myself. I love browsing. The delivery was quick and I was kept informed of when, where etc my goods were. The delivery men were very polite and for a very small extra fee took the items to the room of use for me. I love the idea of retro to modern, even futuristic items available.”

“Appalling customer service - my order of a sink and taps arrived with damaged taps on 24June - I immediately emailed you. I had 2 automated messages and was finally sent a personal email on 30June. I am still awaiting for you to come back to me about replacement taps - ORD 0001842485-2923761 - it is now 9days since delivery!”
