“Radiator was great, however the delivery driver tried to turn his lorry around in our driveway and hit the wall next door, causing extensive damage. He then drove off without reporting it. He must have been aware of the collision as he drove off in the direction he was facing originally. Hopefully the delivery company will put this right? My neighbour has contacted them.”

“Ordered radiator and toilet. When it came to fitting the radiator, noticed there was a dent in it. Stupid me didn't check it on delivery, but messaged VP to let them know. They requested more photos and heard nothing since. I ordered other stuff from them last year to do another bathroom, and the toilet pan arrived with slight damage but didn't have time to get it sorted. I've got another bathroom and cloakroom to do, but I won't be getting anything from VP.”

“A very easy experience overall. I needed to replace a broken flush handle on a toilet cistern. The website was easy to search through and I was lucky enough to find the exact part. The cost was reasonable and delivery time was as stated on purchase. Overall it was a good transaction.”

“Very good, plenty of updates. I did forget to claim 10% off for the showe etc. my second order has taken longer as you await the sink. On enquiry they are sending the order without the sink. Sixdays have gone though and we are ready for installing the rest. Hope it’s not too long now.”
