“Bought a basin- came with taps that didn’t fit and a plug that didn’t fit. Attempts to reach help took hours and were ultimately unsatisfactory and I gave up and acquired replacements from a rival company and didn’t seek a refund”

“The whole process was easy - using the wishlist and the save/email my basket function I was able to compare and discuss products with my plumber prior to making final decisions. Once ordered there were a good choice of delivery dates and all arrived on time, well packed and look great now they arefitted. Would defnately use again.”

“Quick to take the order, fairly quick to deliver, really not so quick to reply to complaints of missing bits, damaged bits etc. £45 offered to cover damage, which it won’t and here we go, 5 days later, no response and no tiny refund. Toilet still isn’t in, as having to wait on more parts. It was the gift that kept of disappointingly giving with the opening of every box.”
