“Great delivery service, was kept informed via email of tracking. The ceramic kitchen sink arrived securely on a pallet. Very pleased with it, nice quality, really heavy, looks great! Lovely new tap as well with ceramic handles to match. Would def use Victorian Plumbing again.”

“Good service .Quick delivery.only thing at fault was I couldn't see the fixing on back of toilet and directions on leaflets bit miss leading.toilet seat fits but looks to short in length although I measured it and went by Victorian plumbing size which doesn't match”

“Radiator was great, however the delivery driver tried to turn his lorry around in our driveway and hit the wall next door, causing extensive damage. He then drove off without reporting it. He must have been aware of the collision as he drove off in the direction he was facing originally. Hopefully the delivery company will put this right? My neighbour has contacted them.”

“Ordered radiator and toilet. When it came to fitting the radiator, noticed there was a dent in it. Stupid me didn't check it on delivery, but messaged VP to let them know. They requested more photos and heard nothing since. I ordered other stuff from them last year to do another bathroom, and the toilet pan arrived with slight damage but didn't have time to get it sorted. I've got another bathroom and cloakroom to do, but I won't be getting anything from VP.”
