“Firm dealt swiftly with my order. Item itself is perfect for my requirement (an easy to hold and use control knob). Instructions were sparse and temperature control was neither screwed up tight nor adjusted to a proper maximum overrideable temperature. Now I’ve dealt with that I’m very happy.”

“The customer service (James) could not have been better. Patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Receipts and delivered items do not carry sufficient identifiers of items purchased and one cannot search purchased items on website to see what has been ordered in the past. For future reference, this would add value to your website and avoid customers having to contact you. Having said that, James sent me all the info I needed plus links for connected items, resulting in me buying more stuff from you. Well done James!”

“All arrived in good order but I was told I would be given a time and date for delivery but the pallet arrived and I had a phone call at work. Luckily the drive was clear and my neighbors could keep an eye on it for me.”

“I would have given five stars but VP never replied to my email asking for more product details. It's not good enough to just say we are very busy and can't deal with your enquiry. If you are lucky enough to be very bsuy you should be able to employ more staff and dealing with emails can be done from home anyway. Too many firms during the pandemic are using this get out to avoid giving good service. I ordered the item anyway, which is no doubt what they expected, and the part I was unhappy about (the stiff plastic hose) I replaced with flexible stainless steel hoses. The delivery and the product itself were excellent. However, I did note one of the hoses had been crudely coiled in the box by the manufacturer and in so doing created a kink which could not be removed. I expected something like this which is why I substituted both with S/S flexible ones. Using plastic hoses is a growing trend among manufacturers, presumably to cut costs. They are not liked by the public, so why do manufacturers persist?”
