“I ordered and everything was deli with care on time. However I ordered the wrong size shower tray so I decided to go to the showroom to swap for the right size. The guys in the showroom couldn’t have been more helpful, called me by my first name and helped lift in and out of my vehicle. I’m suitably impressed.”

“Order was fine, thank you. Just had great difficulty trying to return it. Spent hours attempting to get a courier to return it. The bath panel did not fit under the front of bath. otherwise it would have been fine. dpd who delivered it would not accept it because the package was two centimetres longer than the acceptable size. I did find a carrier who would take it ........for £240.00 !!! Thanks . No complaints with Victorian Plumbing (:> Regards, Myra Thompson”

“2 weeks after ordering and still I toilet seat when I was initially told it would take 3-5 working days to arrive. I have told customer service that the royal mail tracking link shows they do not have any record of the item but have still been told to wait 15 days and then contacting them again. Not good enough.”
