“Initial communication problem - needed details of a shower head not shown online. Two enquiries went unanswered. Web chat better but couldn't help. Took a chance and ordered anyway. Great bit of kit, rainshower head without any extra plumbing. Good value and may get a second for our other shower.”

“Rubbish customer service, delivery service abominable. Expecting people to have no life. Don't give ample notice for delivery. E-mail at 3pm to say delivery is between 9am and 11am on same day. Baffling. Then delivery turns up at 3:15pm. Dump pallet on drive, no time to check items. No ample notice = no support to get bulky and fragile items into home. Inform customer service of bad delivery service and lack of appropriate notice. Customer service probably busy painting her nails as showed no inclination to follow things up with delivery service. Very disappointed with Victorian Plumbing.”

“So they delivered the wrong order no phone number to ring them just a chat message say they will bring my order the next day and take away the wrong order never came despite me telling them that I need the bathroom done ready for my husband coming out of hospital tried emailing to find out what’s going on no reply will never use this company again”

“Purchased these item expected delivery on the 3rd of June we are on 12th of June still no sign of delivery and everybody is just passing this a different department to the delivery company finally they give us a phone number to call data number on the delivery company that number doesn’t even answer the phone at all still waiting for the items which is over £2400 Of purchase not happy at all do not recommend to anybody”
