“Measurement of the rail was wrong and couldn't install it , slats were longer and touching the base, asked for no chains with louvre and came in with chains. Nothing went well, unfortunately.”

“The blind we ordered was as expected. Perfect size and the colour was as seen online. Communication post ordering could have been a little better but maybe I'm used to having more regular updates. I was verging on making contact a good 10 days after ordering but in the end didn't need to.”

“Very late delivery. I only ordered becuase on their website the delivery time was 3-5 working days. I was going on holiday and need to get it beforehand. On the 5th working day I was told to wait another couple of working days and the customer service team said it can also take 30 days if required. This was infuriating and unfair.”

“When I eventually recieved my order of 4 blinds one did not fit. Instead of making the blind around 1cm smaller than the measurement provided it was supplied 1cm longer than the measurement supplied. I am still waiting for the right size blind to arrive.”

“Very pleased with the blinds. They were packed really well, so no damage in transit (unlike some blinds I've previously bought from another company) - these arrived well wrapped in lots of shrink wrap plastic inside a hefty cardboard tube. The blinds went together well and are good quality. I had some trouble with the perfect fit clips, but I think it's my windows and I was pushing the clips in too far. Once I'd sussed it and left a 2mm gap, the blinds went on fine. They look really good and have made my study usable during the bright sun.”

“Blind was fine but NO mounting screws or anchors. Not even a recommendation for the correct size to use for your application. No instructions included and had to get a neighbor to print them out for us. The instructions are not well put together for a DYI novice and the pictures are hard to see and understand. I will be paying the extra £15 for a competitors blinds next time so I can get the above items which I found lacking and very inconvenient”
