I ordered 3 days ago and haven't yet received the delivery. considering the store is 2 miles from my house but another order I made the same day coming from Manchester arrived already. How slow?

The country is the middle of a corona virus pandemic. It does not matter how near or far you are from the shop orders are sent via Royal Mail who at present are struggling with demand for their services. Besides orders do not come from local shops. All details of Royal Mail delays are on our order confirmation and shipping emails. May I suggest next time if you need items quick you select the Special Delivery service at £8. Taking the free shipping is the slowest form of postage as it is second class. Despite us ourselves dealing with a huge demand for products your order was shipped 1 hour 37 minutes after placing on our site. Vape Town

Hello Sorry you felt the need to review us at 1 star. The country is in the middle of the Corona Virus pandemic and both ourselves and Royal Mail are trying our level best to ensure orders are both shipped and delivered as quick as possible. You elected to take the free shipping which is second class. Under normal circumstances you would expect your order to arrive between 3-5 working days. Since your order was placed on Thursday 26/03/20 and shipped the same day you should expect to receive it by the 2/4/20 at the latest but it may take slightly longer due to how busy Royal Mail are. Hello You placed your order Friday evening. Saturday and Sunday there are no shipments sent out. It was shipped on Monday by free shipping which is delivered between 3-5 working days. To receive items quicker in the future please pay and upgrade to first class. Only two working days have passed due to public holidays and the weekend. Mike

Faulty item, four emails ignored. Phone call, shop visit no result. Escalated to pay pay who paid me my money back. Why not deal with problems surely it doesn’t leave you out of pocket if item is faulty. You return it to supplier?

Would have been more stars but incomplete order and after 4 days and 3 phone calls to vape town and no response from them at all. Just want my items I paid for and 1st class postage. Customer service is definitely not 1st class

I received 12 packs of liquid all past their best before date. I have emailed customer services and received no reply. I have called customer services and left a message and had no reply. Unacceptable customer service and I will not be using Vape Town again.

Brought 3 vapes in 1 month , 3 packs of coils , all the vape ain’t any good, didn’t even offer me any sort of discount for the not so good products I’ve purchased, very money oriented place customer service ain’t to great, juices are good though

Vape Town sends me receipts for items I have not bought. I am no longer able to use my points either. This means that it’s likely someone at the firm is using my ID and email for these own scam. I have written to the company with no reply ever coming. I would never use the company again.

Been given the wrong coils twice had to come back three times in my last visit the pink hair rude woman wouldn’t change them even though the owner said they were wrong told me I had to come back again she was the rudest person I’ve had to deal with even told me please don’t cone back so now I’m gonna have to pay a different shop for the correct coils ur shop is a joke with no knowledge of what they sell I’ll never comeback

Hi there,it’s nice to buy their faulty products and after 5 days being 2 times at the store regarding the same problem they said that it’s not their problem even if I showed them that the product it’s defective in the store. Got receipt,no visible damage on the product by the user and they don’t care,they told me to contact the manufacturer,that’s a good joke. Waste of time and fuel going to the store 3 times with the same problem on a new product that wasn’t even opened by me(was in the exactly state how the salesman assembled it in store,nobody messed around with it) I’ll make a legal complaint,that’s unacceptable.

If there was a 0 then I'd have used that! I don't believe in the slightest that anyone's review matters to you. I have emailed and made contact so many times to have my faulty smok replaced and you are currently ignoring me on purpose Mike (director) you are also breaking the law, as you know I have made a legal claim!

I bought next level eliquid from this company and I sent them an email saying I was going through a new coil every time I filled the tank up with the creamy custard I received a very abrupt email saying it’s was not there problem because the eliquid contained a lot of sugar and sweetener and this is the reason why the coils lasted on 2ml of the liquid disgusting company and disgusting customer service Kane this is the name of the guy who answered my email as there is no phone number for this company either just email very dubious to say the least please avoid this company at all costs

The customer service and on line shop at first were great, couldn’t fault it. Such a shame it didn’t last as I would’ve been a long term customer. So I’m still waiting for my on line order, which I did a month ago. Each time I email “Customer Services” I get fobbed off. I’ve asked for a refund and still nothing!!!

Sorry cape town, Where shall we start That poor lad who works in your shop in Bletchley mk , well he spent half an hour trying to talk to his boss who was also talkin to someone else, whilst I stood with my friends like an idiot, that poor lad did everything he could do but as it was his boss who had to sort the problem , there was nothing he could do except apologise, which he kept doing whilst still trying to get his bosses attention. Twice I have had a problem out of two orders first time, that's when I should have gone in but was busy as was goin away. This time I therefore had two problems which I do hope the lad did not get into trouble for sorting out , still waiting to see if the first problem is sorted as didn't get chance to stand and wait, the following day found it hard to get through SO STILL IN DOUBT,SORT OUT THE WAY YOU DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS AND DEAL WITH THE PROBLEMS. HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF IT WERE YOU

I ordered the wrong liquid and emailed 3 or 4 times to ask if I could exchange it . I must have been speaking in a foreign language ---no help whatsoever . Will NEVER deal with them again. However the Barnstaple shop have been most helpful to rectify the matter
