I purchased a Socialtes E-Cig in June 2023 in Novemeber 2023 it stopped working. I went back to Vapetown in Bletchley Milton Keynes and the assistant got it working. In December 2023 it stopped working again. I went back to the shop and a diferent assistant could not get it working. He tried everything and said he was sorry. I asked for an exchange and he said I was over the 6 month limit for an exchange and could do nothing for me. i do not consider this a satisfactory conclusion to my enquiry

3 wk old vape had smoke coming from it,that I couldn’t stop. I managed to separated it from the battery which would not switch off .Luckily I was by my kitchen sink , & threw it in .. Customer Service told me I should NOT have submerged it & by doing so the warranty was void !!!! First time complaint for around 8years ( the shop closed down so then ordered online.. Appalling Customer service Jon !

Never had a problem with vape town untill now ! Had to do an online order beacuse they didn’t have my juice in store it never arrived but Royal Mail said they had delivered the parcel so emailed in and spoke with someone they didn’t want to know as it say it was delivered then went in to buy some juice in store and swap my remaining bottles for a new flavour (spent another £45 )then I think his name was John said I was lying and that I swapped the bottle I never got on my delivery Royal Mail are sending me a claim form to send to them so they can claim for the missing delivery as they agree it didn’t get delivered so sent in an email and I’m still waiting on a reply about the form not a happy customer

I've always had good experiences at Vape Town Barnstaple, friendly staff very helpful normally. I always recommend to friends! However I was quite disappointed with my recent experience. I bought a oxva Xlim pro vape, I emailed a day after I purchased to say I couldn't taste any flavour!? Any idea why that might be? Didn't get a reply. So I called a few days later to explain I couldn't taste any flavour with my vape town liquids. I changed to my spare 0.8 pod to test if my 0.6 was faulty and it was even worse just breathing in air! I was told that's the problem with people who have come off disposable vapes and they have been getting this alot as the disposables are a lot more sweeter/stronger liquids. Although I do agree they are stronger, I explained when I tried my friends vape to compare that she also bought on the weekend from vape town with a vape town liquid that was completely fine and I could taste flavour. I was pretty annoyed to be told i quote 'this is a 'you' problem' and there's nothing they can do other than suggest I try different e liquids. My suggestion would be not to sell the vape town e liquids with this brand of vape rather than try and convince me I can't taste the flavour because I'm used to disposables vapes.

Brought a vape it turned out to be faulty constant burn task and vape becoming very hot, they said it was fine and refused refund. **AVOID** there liquid isn’t the best either.

Vape i purchased was faulty , they didn't have a replacement so i asked for a refund but they refused to refund me! Some old chestnut about it being a consumable?? They said Had it not been opened they could have refunded me, I said how would i know its faulty without opening and using it! Law states in the uk if a product is faulty or not fit for it’s intended purpose they must honour a refund , braking the law as far as I’m concerned.. I certainly wont be using them again.

The staff at the Bletchley store are very unhelpful and rude. I had a vape sent back to the manufacturer and popped in for a update and they told me it wasn’t back and if I wanted any more information to call customer service but they wouldn’t tell me anything different. When I rung the customer service number the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and found out what was going on with my vape. He called me back and said it would be dropped at Bletchley that afternoon. When I collected my vape from Bletchley I wasn’t give any information and told it must be fixed because it was back.

Hello The product description clearly states 'Please note that this kit requires a battery that is not included in the kit itself. You will require 1 battery for this device which can be purchased HERE' Our product listings will always include a statement in the description that batteries are needed if they are not included, along with a link should batteries need to be purchased. Many vape kits do not include batteries, much like many other battery powered products. Vape Town

I have been a customer of the Bletchley store since they opened and have watched the customer service deteriorate massively over the years. I have had two faulty vapes from them, both of them broke just over 30 days of purchase. The staff to not have the authority to provide any assistance or exchanges. All faulty vapes have to be sent back to the manufacturer with an undetermined resolution time. I’m currently 6 months in waiting for a satisfactory resolution for a massively faulty innokin vape purchased upon the store’s recommendation . Phone calls from staff are not returned as promised. You are referred to contact management via email, which are either ignored or vaguely answered weeks later. Staff seem to think awarding 30 points to your account is the equivalent of a £30 refund for broken goods 😂 Poor show Vapetown. There’s too much local competition to think you can survive with such poor customer service and low quality products.

No I did not have a good experience with your company you sent me out the wrong tanks for my vape I tried to get in touch with a few emails to exchange them but not herd nothing apart for you asking me to write this review I will definitely avoid this company again

I am very disappointed of how short time Lost Mary vape last lately, after watching TikTok video I opened up all my used vapes and discovered that only few have 550 batteries in them and all the rest has smaller 360 batteries inside. Scammed

Poor service I wouldn’t use them again. Bought a vape 6 weeks ago, it’s broken, took it in, they said they only have a 30 day warranty. Consumer law in the U.K. states all items must last a reasonable amount of time, 45 days isn’t a reasonable amount of time. They wouldn’t help. Shocking service so I’d avoid them in future. The same vape from Amazon has a 12 month warranty.

Hello Can you please email online@vapetown.co.uk with details of your faulty product, proof of purchase and what store you visited. This review is left against a purchase for a pack of coils, we have been unable to trace your purchase for a 'vape'. Within one month, if a product is faulty and has been used as per the product instructions and not damaged or modified we will always swap out there and then in store. After the initial month the item will be sent to the manufacturer who will either replace the product or repair it, again as long as the product is faulty and has been used as per the product instructions and not damaged or modified. Customer service was poor. Ordered an RDA and received the wrong colour. Initially customer service was good through email. Returned the RDA and was promised an exchange for the correct colour. Then I was sent a completely different RDA. Emailed the customer service and still have not received a reply months later. Wasted my money and time. Won't be ordering from them again and I'd advise others to do the same. They have provided poor service and then clearly just completely ignoring my complaints as an unsatisfied customer. I've asked for a refund and months later no reply and when you ring the number they provide, they just say they don't deal with online orders which is pathetic to be honest.

Been using vape town for 4 years nearly last week took my pocket x vape back as it stop working after two months but they can’t anything till I find box so they can send off to be fixed don’t think I got spare box can’t see why you to need to keep it as you don’t keep boxes for other stuff. So prob won’t use again sorry for bad review but not good service
