“I have been a loyal customer for many years and am disappointed that you run out of bubble gum flavor 6mg and 12mg. This is in the Weymouth shop. The demands are obviously high so it would make good sense to manufacture more. You are a successful business and I would have thought you would be all over this. Kind regards Mike Steve.A”

“Its ok the lady that works there was good altho i got sold the wrong coils with my vape mod kit but i returned them with no issues but the bloke there was a little rude had music blasting and got the feeling he didnt want to be there and was saying that they didnt have the right coils in stock and hadn't for a while so i asked for a refund and i would get them else where he shrugged his shoulders and said they more likely be fakes any where else i said well fakes or not these ones that i had from you were the wrong ones and were no good for my tank/mod that i got from you he seemed angry that i needed them to be the right ones but the lady previously was very helpful”

“Good service. I buy Vape Juice with 1.6% nicotine content elsewhere in 10ml bottles... It's a shame Vape Town won't allow me to buy some 100ml bottles of juice and provide me with the Nicotine to make up the same 1.6% strength. - Until that changes I will continue to buy 10ml bottles of Vape 88 with my desired strength elsewhere.”

“The vape i purchased is brilliant (vapoo drag x3) how ever the guy who works in the barnstaple branch i found very rude and sarcastic, it has put me off going back if i am completly honest. he kept laughing at me like im stupid when i was asking questions about my vape. great vape, not the best customer service wont go back. i could have got the vape and liquids i purchased alot cheaper online like amazon and ebay but i chose to visit the store because i wanted advice and guidance, just got laughed at.”

“Happy to buyy vape juice but when my vape broke within 5 months of purchase I got fobbed off for weeks saying it had to be sent off. In the end my wife went in and she was greeted by a grumpy person saying it was the users fault. The item was still under the counter and was never sent anywhere for fixing. The item was never dropped (as he was trying to say) it was leaking. It did get changed but my wife was told that if this one was faulty then it would not be exchanged again.”

“Used you for years never had a problem. You sent me a vape and coils but the coils you sent me weren’t the ones I ordered and weren’t compatible with my vape. I had to drive an hour to your store to get them changed. Other than that your delivery service is always fast and your vape juices are the best and I’ve tried many.”

“The service was excellent, as usual. However I am disappointed there is only 18 strength available in the Lime vape liquid I always order- I was working my way down to 0, last orders have been 3 and 6 strength. I do hope they can be available again”
