“Received review form before I even got my delivery”

“The service in the shop is brilliant but when I came in the otherday I brought 2 juices 2 for £25 drumstick and something else.... the drumstick is absolutely disgusting and a waste of money! I’m now hoping my other one is nice, I’d certainly wouldn’t recommend the drumstick 🤮”

“I’m very frustrated at the fact that all my loyalty point that I had earned whilst shopping with vape town as not been honoured at your end since you have changed your computer system. Loyalty works both ways and I am now thinking of ordering on line with another company since this is the 3rd time that I have complained to a member of your staff and still nothing as been done .”

“I only use as a last resort because of the bad experience I had with them 2 month old vape arc 4 stopped working and they did nothing never replied to any emails”

“Initially I thought I had received great service. But unfortunately the locking mechanism on the vape wasn't explained to me and now the vape is broken due to me tightening it up too much. £35 down the drain. Plus another £35 on CBD liquid. Turns out its half price online. So yes I'll be buying the plain simple vape pen what I originally wanted online with the half price liquid. Saving £££ and time”

“Unfortunately this company has let me down after 2yrs if loyalty can’t contact on the phone , get no reply to e mails , shop staff not well informed no stock of atomisers lose of reward points , happy to take your money but not responsive or helpful when you’ve a problem Considering going to alternative provider”

Hi Louise, Your order was placed on the 10th May, which then would have been shipped on the 11th (monday) As you selected the free shipping it would usually take between 3-5 working days, due to the ongoing covid-19 pandemic some orders are taking longer to arrive due to royal mail being under huge demand as per our communication updates state, should you need your order quicker we do offer 1st class and next day delivery options. “I received my Vape and the juice but after assembling it and started to use it the taste is awful. Almost like burning, just makes me cough and its only 6mg. I had a vape before but this taste is awful. I have emailed but no advice given. Frustrating when you spend £40, should of just brought more tobacco.”

Hello Your order was shipped last Friday 17th. If you have a look on Royal Mails site there are details and reasons behind current delays in shipping and postal deliveries. Due to selecting free shipping your item was sent 2nd class. In future if you wish to receive your items quicker you can upgrade to a quicker service at cost. Kind regards Mike
