Hi the deflectors are ok but compared, not as ridged as the Heko I removed and the passenger side deflects inwards for some reason , if not had time to take a look but will be in the coming days so I hope it’s not an issue but will have to see . I like the style and colour just hope I can sort the issue as when she window is wound down and want to return to the up position we have to just push the deflectors outwards so the window doesn’t catch it as it’s going back up . If I have a problem I will be intouch .

Universal Conversion Window Reasonably product, price and quick delviery. Package lacks ANY documentation on what should be included and how to install. Basic recommended installation instructions really should be included. A QR code for official install video would be amazing.

I brought wind deflectors deflec Arrived fast no issues , but found they was flimsy and scuffed on bottom they look allright when fitted but because they was thin and looked warped when window goes up it catches so I wouldn't recommend these not worth the hassle a bit of a disappointment, I do have a side window what will be fitted next week I'm hoping this is OK,

Product images slightly misleading, the product photo showed smoked lenses AND small additional wiring harness with resistor , however this is not included but is required to avoid message on dash saying side marker light bulb error .

Looks like quality windows but it came with no fitting instructions and the cut out area is unintuitive! I cant find any online tutorials of this specific window so had to now fork out for a window fitter which costs nearly as much as the windows as I dont want to gamble cutting the wrong size hole. I feel like if you can get a window fitting kit it should also come with instructions for that specific window. The window area is also quite small, I feel it could have been made bigger, I was hoping you could see around the sliding window as well.

Arrived a day late so missed my slot with my fitter, not vanpimps fault but their preferred deliverers FedEx! Just something to be aware of if you need a window quick to replace a broken one, didn't seem worth the 14 quid delivery to arive a day late.

ordered over the phone curtain kits for renault campervan. Our van has sliding door on both sides we were not asked if doors fixed or sliding at time of order. We had to return one as it was for fixed side door which postage was expensive. Was advised by customer service that it states on website will need to order 2 x behind passenger seat it only states this in the fitting instructions guide. Needs to be on product description and asked if placing telephone order. Product is of good quality.

Primer paint was over 3 months out of date when supplied, and had gone hard. Hole already cut in van so this was quite a set-back. Phoned and asked for replacement primer and alcohol wipes (which I had used to clean surfaces before noticing primer had gone off). Staff very helpful and apologetic and replacement primer arrived 3 days later but no new alcohol wipes. There were no instructions included. I watched the basic video on the Vanpimps website which partially helped, but no clarity for example on how thick the bead of bonding sealant should be. The window does not sit flat on the van panel, and therefore there needs to be a good thickness of sealant to bridge the gap and hence actually bond window to van - quite important! The sliding window is very stiff indeed, but hopefully once I have used it a few times it will free up enough so that my wife can slide it too. Window was ultimately a good fit and looks nice. I hope this review is helpful.

Unfortunately we do not offer fitting instructions due to us being suppliers only and we reccomend seeking professional advice for fitment queries. With regards to the opening section, this will loosen over time and use, they can be very tight when first fitted. Kindest regards, VanPimps.

Product received was not suitable however because of the size and the cost to return it is not worth it! So disappointing!!

I'm new to the van conversion scene and this was my first purchase. I bought the boxer 2 side windows package with trims and fitting kit. Parcel arrived in good time and was packaged well. Windows look to be a good product, just as advertised. When fitting, I was missing the second trim and second fitting kit. As instructed, I did check the windows for damage but didn't check the bits and pieces. My mistake. When I emailed the support team, they responded quickly, which is great these days. But I didn't get the impression they were going to replace the parts any time soon. After a few emails of questions like did I check the box properly, I just purchased them locally for ease. Sadly that seemed a satisfactory outcome for Vanpimps, case closed. So in conclusion, good product, fast delivery, not so great aftercare.

Hello, We do apologise you feel this way. I have looked into this and can see you had contacted our customer service team regarding the missing items from your bonding kit. You were then asked if the box had been fully checked, which is standard procedure as these can be easily missed at the bottom of the box. Once this was confirmed you were asked to send an image of the parts you had received in order for us to replace the missing parts. Extremely disappointed with my most recent order, granted it may have been a courier issue as goods were delivered damaged and not fit for purpose, which had a knock on effect on my own business. The staff at vanpimps were supportive of my situation however we're unable to redeliver goods in time to meet my deadline. Future purchases will require ordering a month in advance.

Hello, We do apologise you had received your items damaged. I have looked into this and can see you had refused delivery and sent us an email regarding this on Friday. As the delivery was refused we have to wait for the item to get back to ourselves to look into this further. Unfortunately as we are courier dependant, some damages can occur during transit. Rails didn’t fit and no instructions anywhere at all for fitting to transit custom. Once you’ve bent rails into place runners get stuck. Also nowhere to put studs on passenger door sides

Purchased a voucher as a Christmas present. Email that came through had no voucher attached only a code and it was very unclear if that was the right part you needed. Then when the voucher code was attempted to be used it didn’t work and my dad had to sort it all and prove which email it was purchased from. It was way more hassle than it needed to be. This also happened to 3 of my siblings who also purchased one.

My glass arrived on time and in good condition which is great. The fitting kits were supplied with trim that only fitted onto the internal skin of the van. Mine is a transit custom so requires the wider double-skin U channel. This caused me a lot of trouble and I do not understand why you would send out the wrong trim?

Guys Thanks for your fast delivery windows still in box though . They get fitted next week if you care to send survey after that it could be a 5 star ??? hope there not damaged as I should have checked but I work away so couldent. The reason I have left a mediocre review is because I have tried on a number of occasions to chat but no one picked up. The reason I tried calling is because of faulty goods, this only came to light once fitted, as this is the case I’ve had to remodel my van to hide the fault. Weather you help me or not is irrelevant (which I’m not expecting) it’s to bring it to you’re attention that you have potentially a faulty batch of windows. If you reply fair enough if you don’t check you’re crafter side windows, both of mine are faulty. The problem is the window sliders are mounted out of line so they look like they are leaning forward.
