I'm new to the van conversion scene and this was my first purchase. I bought the boxer 2 side windows package with trims and fitting kit. Parcel arrived in good time and was packaged well. Windows look to be a good product, just as advertised. When fitting, I was missing the second trim and second fitting kit. As instructed, I did check the windows for damage but didn't check the bits and pieces. My mistake. When I emailed the support team, they responded quickly, which is great these days. But I didn't get the impression they were going to replace the parts any time soon. After a few emails of questions like did I check the box properly, I just purchased them locally for ease. Sadly that seemed a satisfactory outcome for Vanpimps, case closed. So in conclusion, good product, fast delivery, not so great aftercare.

Hello, We do apologise you feel this way. I have looked into this and can see you had contacted our customer service team regarding the missing items from your bonding kit. You were then asked if the box had been fully checked, which is standard procedure as these can be easily missed at the bottom of the box. Once this was confirmed you were asked to send an image of the parts you had received in order for us to replace the missing parts. You had then replied stating you had already purchased these elsewhere. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. VanPimps.

Extremely disappointed with my most recent order, granted it may have been a courier issue as goods were delivered damaged and not fit for purpose, which had a knock on effect on my own business. The staff at vanpimps were supportive of my situation however we're unable to redeliver goods in time to meet my deadline. Future purchases will require ordering a month in advance.

Hello, We do apologise you had received your items damaged. I have looked into this and can see you had refused delivery and sent us an email regarding this on Friday. As the delivery was refused we have to wait for the item to get back to ourselves to look into this further. Our customer service team will reach out to yourself as soon as the items have arrived back to us regarding the next steps. Unfortunately as we are courier dependant, some damages can occur during transit. We do ask customers allow time between receiving their order and booking in for fitting in case any damages have occurred in transit as this allows us the appropriate amount of time to get the issue resolved. Rails didn’t fit and no instructions anywhere at all for fitting to transit custom. Once you’ve bent rails into place runners get stuck. Also nowhere to put studs on passenger door sides

Purchased a voucher as a Christmas present. Email that came through had no voucher attached only a code and it was very unclear if that was the right part you needed. Then when the voucher code was attempted to be used it didn’t work and my dad had to sort it all and prove which email it was purchased from. It was way more hassle than it needed to be. This also happened to 3 of my siblings who also purchased one.

My glass arrived on time and in good condition which is great. The fitting kits were supplied with trim that only fitted onto the internal skin of the van. Mine is a transit custom so requires the wider double-skin U channel. This caused me a lot of trouble and I do not understand why you would send out the wrong trim?

Guys Thanks for your fast delivery windows still in box though . They get fitted next week if you care to send survey after that it could be a 5 star ??? hope there not damaged as I should have checked but I work away so couldent. Cant hear anything loose inside box so fingers crossed all good Regards Graham

The reason I have left a mediocre review is because I have tried on a number of occasions to chat but no one picked up. The reason I tried calling is because of faulty goods, this only came to light once fitted, as this is the case I’ve had to remodel my van to hide the fault. Weather you help me or not is irrelevant (which I’m not expecting) it’s to bring it to you’re attention that you have potentially a faulty batch of windows. If you reply fair enough if you don’t check you’re crafter side windows, both of mine are faulty. The problem is the window sliders are mounted out of line so they look like they are leaning forward.

Ordered a set of windows for my van, Citroen Relay L3 H2. Let down by DHL who said they had tried to deliver but that's untrue. The next day they delivered by windows but unfortunately one of them was broken. Reported this by email immediately, but the tone of the response was that they would look at this to see if they could send a replacement. Am I in the wrong that it's my fault that DHL probably broke the window when they unloaded and reloaded the window due to not tying to even come to my address.

Hello Simon, We do apologise for the inconvenience. I have looked into your support ticket and can see you had initially emailed in on the morning of Tuesday 24th October. Our logistics team replied to your query of where your parcel was and stated "If you encounter any more problems, please do let me know". Unfortunately one of your windows was damaged in transit to which you let us know about late afternoon. This was then passed on to our customer service team who had asked for images of the yellow label on the damaged window. We ask for this information so that we can send the correct window out for your replacement order. I can see that you sent these images at 16:27, unfortunately our customer services team did not see this before we closed at 16:30, however they are working through their emails and will be setting up your replacement order to leave us today. Once again we do apologise for the inconvenience of your original window being damaged in transit. VanPimps.

Steering wheel cover takes a lot of time and effort sewing it together with needle and thread, spent 1hour lastnight trying to fit it and it’s still not finished.

I’m pretty happy with my transit custom blinds however the took 6 days to be delivered after paying £11 for 48hour delivery I contacted vanpimps asking for a refund of delivery charge they didn’t even acknowledge my request but instead gave me a poor excuse. Really not happy wouldn’t recommend based on these reasons

The window seems really good but I think trim should be included and also some fitting instructions, the free gift was not worth bothering with , it was a 10 p bag of sweets and some leaflets for products to buy .

I will make this short and sweet. You need to do better on the shape of the metal guides for your curtains they came nowhere near the shape of the windows on my 2015 Sprinter. Yes, it is said that you have to bend them slightly. Slightly is one thing but really you can do better. Otherwise, the product is not too pretty good.

Staff appeared to want to get on with other things when I asked for guidance on a van build with my nissan. Prdducts good and competively priced seemed very focused on Wolkwagen limited options for other vehicles. Think show room could be used to better affect with more products displayed which I sure would increase sales and may be tutorial on how to fit parts such as windows carpets lining etc Very internet focused business received 3 emails telling me what I already new when walking from reception to delivery collection area. Delivery staff very helpful but took ages for goods to arrive after purchasing from reception would definatley use this company again

Products I’ve bought from you all good...to pay nearly £6.00 for a two day delivery and then tell me it’s outwith your control when it does not arrive is handing YOUR business to someone else....sorry guys but I’m out !!!!!

I received my sidebars/steps and I have to say the packaging just isn't up to the job. When the package arrived the end flap was open to reveal inadequate protection for the bar ends. On inspection the bars were scratched on the ends where they had clearly slid out of the box. The bars haven't been fitted yet so I can't comment on the quality all I can say is can you just protect the contents better on a £250 item
