to be honest item looks great but the instructions are very poor sure it’s not of the same vehicle & still waiting a email 🤷‍♂️

Hi there. I recently fitted 4 windows to my 2017 long wheelbase citroen relay. 2 large windows behind driver and passenger side and 2 of your universal windows in side panels at the back. Disappointed to find no instructions whatsoever and no template for either tyoe of window and when i asked customer services they said take a look at you tube. Not good for someone who has never fitted bonded windows before. Never the less this i did and i got them all in after a lit of patience and measuring. Anyway im happy with the large windows they look great with no leaks but im afraid to say il be taking the universal windows out and replacing them with sonething better. Why, because no matter what i did they wouldn't sit flush with bodywork and they stick out showing the bonding underneath. Sorry to say i wont be buying your Windows again as no help whatsoever with fitting etc and to be told to go and watch you tube is just not on. Arrived damaged on first delivery but another set was sent out straight away.

Good afternoon Graham, We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our windows. With regards to the fitting instructions, we do have a fitting video on our website to guide customers through the process as well as on YouTube you will find a lot of fitting videos with both the recessed windows and the universal windows but if unsure we would recommend to speak to a fitting company. The template is in the inside panel of your van with the recessed windows, the universal windows are not recessed. Once again, apologies for the inconvenience caused. VanPimps.

Staff couldn’t tell me what weight they took, when fitted I realised why, completely impractical, not bad for going in but a complete waste of time for coming out. They look very nice !

Good afternoon William, Many thanks for your comments. We do not advise of weight as they are more for styling, they do not come with a weight certificate and a hop-on and off style. Product was good quality but not instructions. Called 4 times to get some technical help and was told they would call me back. They never did even tho a ticket was raised. This is terrible service

If vanpimps stop winging it with there delivery service then I would have gave it more stars. Never had a delivery from one of YOUR vehicle's. Always some other company. Also bought two backdoor windows that came all boxed up, very safe. Week later, same sort of windows delivered with no box and no packaging. So there's my honest review. Lets see if you put in on. This is how you learn.

We always try to use our van delivery service as this eliminates breakages and is more of a personal service and this is why we have no boxes as our vans are kitted out to carry our products. It's really hard to write a review as everything was delivered well but I stupidly ordered windows for a long wheel base van and mine is short wheel base. So I now have 2 useless windows in my living room. I have the original packaging. I don't know the best way to return them.

Product knowledge not amazing. Sent my order back but was re assured after photos and reg number that it was the correct spoiler. Recieved the new one- holes drilled are visible once fitted as i flagged up, i had to put some bungs in to disguise them, also had to cut away the OE front bumper.

Service and product fine, but THE SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS ARE PART OF THE UK MAINLAND!!! Especially when using Royal Mail… so why the delivery surcharge?

You have not been charged a surcharge for where you are situated and the delivery charge is worked out based on the products and delivery postcode. Windows were great only problem was with the poly bond. It was so difficult to get out the tube. Then I had leaking in the top and couldn't cover the full window. Used a whole tube for each window aswell. Had to buy more poly in the end but went with master bond off a different website. Other than the poly everything else was great thankyou

Good afternoon Christopher, We are sorry to hear that you struggled with the bonding adhesive. We do recommend 1 window kit per window and as this is a high modulus bond, it is to be used at room temperature with a heavy-duty mastic gun for easier application. Many thanks VanPimps.

I ordered a pair of windows for my Trafic. They look brilliant but I had a couple of issues: 1. One of the windows leaks from its opening mechanism. Not ideal as I had to solve this with sealant internally. 2. The windows are relatively flat, so do not fit perfectly to the curved surface of the vehicle.

Hi Guys, more of a question really. I've fitted the rails and now the curtains but looking at other people's applications I'm not sure my curtains are long enough. I have 600mm long curtains but have to stretch them to 700mm to put the bottom runners in the rails. Is this correct? happy New Year Richie

Hi the window leaks the seals are not the greatest but that is not vinpimps doing its the design of the window trying to sort out as can not continue building van until sorted out

After purchasing 2 x windows for an iveco, on arrival, no instructions of any sort, no templates. Sliding door you can follow framework, fits perfectly. Osf window is hours of measuring and making templates for the cut, for sliding window. Window was faulty, was replaced but meant hours of cutting out the original bonded glass. Response was poor. Do not buy the oversize iveco windows.
