Bought side door curtains. The rails don’t fit and can’t be bent as it kinks the slider rail. Absolute waste of money.

"Fitted curtains" are absolutely shambles. 1 - every single rail does not fit properly 2 - they include wood screws instead of self tapping ones Just don't bother with the hassle

Hello, We do apologise you feel this way. We can confirm that our windows for the Renault Master 1997-2010 model are oversized windows, meaning they cover the whole panel, not just the recessed area. Ordered a set of rear barn door curtains for a Man TGE. I was happy that the rail would require “SOME” minor adjustments to fit, but the level of adjustment is ridiculous. The window from is on a slope, so even if I had the magician levels of ability to bend the rail without causing a crease (meaning the curtain won’t slide in the runner), if the rail was to be secured flush to the door/window frame then the ends of the rail would be pointing inward towards the from of the van, approximately 6” away from where it should be. I followed the generic fitting guide, and have creased the rail, this should have a video tutorial ideally. I have been trying to contact the team with no luck.

Regarding your order, we can confirm that you purchased barn door curtains for the Volkswagen Crafter (2017 onwards). These are not compatible with the MAN TGE van, as the shape of the barn doors differs between the two models. This is why the curtains do not fit your vehicle. As the product received matches the description and vehicle model listed on the website, and no error was made on our part, we are unable to offer a return or refund in this case. I ordered some upgraded wing mirror indictors. When testing them I noted the interior indictors were flashing very quickly, so I disconnected them fearing they might damage something in the vehicle. I was asked by the returns to put them back on and send a video of the fault, which I refused to do. Returns policies are rubbish. I threw the product in the bin as they would not refund my money! Do not deal with this company.

To assist with returns or refunds, our returns team requires evidence that an item is faulty, as in many cases issues can be resolved without the need for a return. If an item is confirmed to be faulty, we are of course happy to honour a full refund without return of the item. On April 30th at 09:26, we requested a video demonstrating the issue so we could assess the fault remotely. However, you advised that you were not willing to refit the item in order to provide this. Without this evidence, we are unfortunately unable to proceed with a refund or offer a resolution. We also advised that, if you preferred not to provide video proof, you could return the item to us for inspection. Had we received the item, we could have tested this in house and provided the relevant refund. If you would still like to return the product for testing, we’d be happy to review it and proceed based on the outcome. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed. Very disappointed. After glancing over the splitter,its none symmetrical ,and much thicker on one side,so it will look lopsided if I install it. I spoke with van pimps who asked me to send pics and an email,which I did,and their response was that I send in a review? So there it is.

After a week I got in touch because my parcel hadn’t arrived it was delivered to the wrong address and I was told by a very rude manager that I had to pay an additional delivery fee because it was my fault apparently and if I had a refund I’d also would have to pay an additional delivery fee even though it wouldn’t have been sent out again so it’s extortion and won’t be using them again never mind recommend to anyone.

Hello, I have looked into this for yourself and can see from your initial order you had entered the incorrect address. Your order had then been returned to ourselves by the courier and so for us to send this back out we needed to take a reshipping fee and the correct address for this to be sent out correctly. I purchased a bonnet hood from these people. I looked at the picture and matched it to my vehicle ordering the cover. I did not read the print that said pictures for illustration purposes. So, when said hood arrives it doesn't fit. Contacted Van Pimps whose other small print says returns that are not their fault incur postage cost. Returns must be sent back in original undamaged packaging. Not impressed couldn't be bothered with the hassle and tossed the hood in the bin. Ordered the correct hood from someone else.

Ordered seat covers they came. Some fit and some didn’t. Tried several times to contact customer service and had no reply other than a ticket had been open for my complaint.

First time customer, made a school boy error on first order which tried to correct within minutes. Told parcel dispatched that morning even thought order was made 6am and email send 6.05am. Told unable to amend the order so would have to return at my expense on top of the postage paid with the order of £11 . So £20 out of pocket for a simple error , no sympathy whats so ever or offer to maybe drop postage if I purchased the correct item. Returned item to be advised delay on refund due to staff issues. So after taking my cash over 2 weeks ago still no refund. Goes without saying I will not be a returning customer. Delivery was on time but that's not the issue for me Need to do far better than this to compete with the other guys in the Van Accessory game . Stephen E Murphy M 07802 679747😡
