“I ordered some windows for the van, very pleased with them, but when i ordered they did not have the U channel in stock but said they would let me know when it was back in. They let me know it was back in stock but the price was over 4 times the original price, when questioned she said its cause your not buying the windows package, but i did buy the windows package, tuff you pay the more expensive price. Customer service very poor, especially as i needed loads more stuff for the van which i will buy from somewhere else now.”

“I get an email just this morning 01/12/25 stating that sale of window deflectors are 10% off, RUBBISH. HOW CAN I GET 10% OFF,,,WHEN IT DAYS OUT OF STOCK. You need to reassess your your strategy of your sales/discounts, discounting item you don't have, also premeditated, 😱😡”
