Hello Ashley, We apologise you have experienced these issues. After looking into your order, we can see that you contacted us regarding the window issue on the 31st December 2025. On the 5th of January 2026, a replacement window was offered due to the window not being to our standards, however this was declined; instead a request for a store credit to the value of the window was requested by yourself to which we generated and sent across on the email thread. With regards to the curtains not matching the profile of your van, we apologise this has occurred. “What an amazing company! Turned around a short order in no time at all and delivered the side windows for the van quickly, carefully and on time. The delivery driver was conscientious enough to check them before handover as well. As for the windows themselves, my fitter says they're the best he's ever used. Would definitely shop here again. “Still waiting for my parcel to arrive over a week later so not able to review the product yet. Although I will say the issue appears to be with FedEx as the tracking shows the parcel as collected. However it’s never been put out for delivery.”
