“Come across these guys on tiktok, questioned going big on first order left it a week then pressed checkout (with out the gloss black grill for the 2018> regrettably it was out of stock but its on the list of stuff to return for). Everything turned up 2 days later immaculate condition properly packaged and in the biggest box so plenty of room if the couriers decided to do their usual no cares given attitude (not with this delivery) will be returning for more before may”

“Great price for 4 windows for our peugeot boxer. They came very quickly. One of the boxes had been damaged in transit and a bonding kit and u-channel were missing. I called VanPimps and they sent out replacements which also arrived very quickly. Yet to fit the windows but overall, great customer service.”

“I ordered some windows for the van, very pleased with them, but when i ordered they did not have the U channel in stock but said they would let me know when it was back in. They let me know it was back in stock but the price was over 4 times the original price, when questioned she said its cause your not buying the windows package, but i did buy the windows package, tuff you pay the more expensive price. Customer service very poor, especially as i needed loads more stuff for the van which i will buy from somewhere else now.”

Hello, We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way. When placing your window order, the “no U-Channel” option was selected. You also requested to be notified when the U-Channel was back in stock, but this note was added to the delivery instructions, which are only visible to the courier and not to our customer service team. When you later contacted us to ask why you had not been updated, we explained that your request had been placed in the delivery notes, which our team does not have access to. As a result, we were unaware of your request, and this is why you were not contacted. Once the U-Channel was back in stock, we informed you accordingly. However, as it was not ordered as part of your original package, it is charged at full price. Had you contacted us prior to placing your initial window order, we would have been able to advise you regarding the U-Channel options. Kind regards, VanPimps Management
