Still not received my goods, fedex are a waste of time

Hello, We do apologise you feel this way. I have looked into this and can see that Fedex have attempted to deliver on Monday 26th, Tuesday 27th and Thursday 28th however these were unsuccessful. The reason I have left a mediocre review is because I have tried on a number of occasions to chat but no one picked up. The reason I tried calling is because of faulty goods, this only came to light once fitted, as this is the case I’ve had to remodel my van to hide the fault. Weather you help me or not is irrelevant (which I’m not expecting) it’s to bring it to you’re attention that you have potentially a faulty batch of windows. If you reply fair enough if you don’t check you’re crafter side windows, both of mine are faulty. The problem is the window sliders are mounted out of line so they look like they are leaning forward.

I purchased a bonnet hood from these people. I looked at the picture and matched it to my vehicle ordering the cover. I did not read the print that said pictures for illustration purposes. So, when said hood arrives it doesn't fit. Contacted Van Pimps whose other small print says returns that are not their fault incur postage cost. Returns must be sent back in original undamaged packaging. Not impressed couldn't be bothered with the hassle and tossed the hood in the bin. Ordered the correct hood from someone else.

I’m pretty happy with my transit custom blinds however the took 6 days to be delivered after paying £11 for 48hour delivery I contacted vanpimps asking for a refund of delivery charge they didn’t even acknowledge my request but instead gave me a poor excuse. Really not happy wouldn’t recommend based on these reasons

Love these guy's, my van loves these guy's. Pretty much what you need when you need it. Nice to find a company with excellent customer service. Had a courier obliterate one of my windows, VP replaced with no fuss or stress and quickly. Thanks guy's

Ordered seat covers they came. Some fit and some didn’t. Tried several times to contact customer service and had no reply other than a ticket had been open for my complaint.

Spray glue is good , nice to use , carpet i ordered was anthracite , seems its a different colour to the anthracite I used before which is a shame , and I ordered two sets of window curtain kits for a transit custom to which one of the kits were missing , call and you said you send one out which was a week ago and I'm.still waiting , to add insult to injury , the van delivery driver shoved the box in at the rear of my van and garage door resulting in the rear door of my van being scratched......so overall not very happy unfortunately.....

First time customer, made a school boy error on first order which tried to correct within minutes. Told parcel dispatched that morning even thought order was made 6am and email send 6.05am. Told unable to amend the order so would have to return at my expense on top of the postage paid with the order of £11 . So £20 out of pocket for a simple error , no sympathy whats so ever or offer to maybe drop postage if I purchased the correct item. Returned item to be advised delay on refund due to staff issues. So after taking my cash over 2 weeks ago still no refund. Goes without saying I will not be a returning customer. Delivery was on time but that's not the issue for me Need to do far better than this to compete with the other guys in the Van Accessory game . Stephen E Murphy M 07802 679747😡

I will make this short and sweet. You need to do better on the shape of the metal guides for your curtains they came nowhere near the shape of the windows on my 2015 Sprinter. Yes, it is said that you have to bend them slightly. Slightly is one thing but really you can do better. Otherwise, the product is not too pretty good.

I was sent the wrong size of windows. Not happy as I have a vw caddy maxi and these are the wrong Windows. Looking for the right windows. I've put a huge hole in my van and feel sick that I can't put the windows in

Hi , bought some rear quarter windows fit a Transit Custom , no idea when the windows arrived the don’t just fit like any other windows that can be done by a computing diy person ? After contacting Vanpimps I was told some times these can be tricky as the shape of the van is bulbous?? Surely all Transit Customs are exactly the same so all windows should be exactly the same ? Needed to take them to a specialist and get them fitted at a cost of £200 , not happy

Got some seat bases. I took the blame fore them being wrong as it was a model change over year. I returned them for you to send the other version. You sent me the same ones again!! I ran out of time to get it done so adapted them to fit ! Not ideal . I guess it boils down to a lad in a wharehouse picking the wrong box. Prob the ones i had first time !

Currently I would not recommend this company,I received the wrong product, now their customer service team is unresponsive. Its’s been three weeks now and still nothing. I don’t have the space to store this and with no way of reaching them, it’s really frustrating. Happy to change the review if they would simply reply to me!

So I order a number of items. Two rear windows, a 2x window fitting kit and some u seal for the window edges and two new door seals. I thought postage was initially OK. Not the fastest but also not the slowest only to fine that the shipping had been spilling into two parcels. One DHL and one via the royal.mail. one arrived but not the other until later that day. Again not a problem I thought until it turns out that the bonding kit and the u channel were missing. I contacted the customer service that proceeded to ask me if I was sure that the items weren't there ( fortunately I do trust my own eyes to tell the truth) which is a little insulating. I then had to wait another few days for the missing parts to arrive. The items themselves are of a good quality but unfortunately on this occasion let down by the customer service and order fulfilment processes.

Purchased a few windows and curtain kits off van pimps for my nissan primastar was Impressed with the website very easy to use and place your order , arrived within a couple of days which is great , very happy with the products I purchased and they fitted perfectly 👌 will use again thanks vanpimps 👍🏻

The window was supplied faulty (leaking), it took a week to hear back from customer service and almost another week to resolve. In the meantime I had an email telling me off for calling to chase for a reply, given I had a van with a leaky window I thought this was urgent enough to chase up... I've "fixed" the window with instructions from Vanpimps and had no follow-up to ask if its resolved, and I've still paid full price for a substandard product. Very unimpressed, wouldn't recommend or use again.
