“The windows I got were great quality and arrived quickly and the bonding kit had everything I needed. It would’ve helped to include a template for the universal bunk window- could have just been drawn on the inside of the box or included as a piece of cardboard- would’ve saved quite a lengthy job.”

“Received van cover great product but no matter how we try the bonnet will not fasten with it on. We have tried every way possible and it maybe just our bonnet catch but we cannot use it !?”

“The time frame these were sent in was great, the value for money was good The only issue I had was one of the led light strips wasn't stuck to the casing, it was loose in the casing.”

“Having used Vanpimps with great result previously I returned as I needed 2 front door seals for my Peugeot boxer. Identified as passenger & drivers doors with respective Pt Nos (SKU nos) had to be good! Received in good time but the had identical P.Codes & no SKU numbers to identify them. I then learn online that they fit either door?? Ok they look good quality but I've yet to fit. I called customer services to confirm but no-one picked up. Hmm, not what I expected. I shall review when fitted as at least I can advise of quality etc.”

We can confirm that the door seal for the passenger and driver side is the same meaning two of the same item would have been sent.They are listed separately for ease of website browsing. After checking our call system, we can see that only one call attempt occurred but due to a high call volume at the time, it meant that we unfortunately could not answer. “Products are very high quality and easy to use as a moderately experienced DIYer. It would be good to have an instruction sheet with the windows detailing the ideal placement (distance from the edge etc) of the sealant on the van / glass and some kind of cutting template for the side windows that have a rectangular shape but a smaller non-darkened “viewing” portion. Hope that makes sense.”
