“Pleased with the covers but not the delivery. Stayed in all day and had to go on FedEx website to find out that the parcel had returned to the depot with no delivery attempted. Not impressed! Delivered next day with no warning.”

“I have purchased a few items over the years from van pimps but the one thing I do get frustrated with is the lack of stock. I’ve tried several times to order seat covers but they always seem to be out of stock each time I go on the site.”

“Delivery was very quick and easy to install however it doesn't fit perfectly flush on the bumper lift slightly at the edge not sure whether it's because it's a 2026 van. But definitely will protect the painted bumper.”

“The windows I got were great quality and arrived quickly and the bonding kit had everything I needed. It would’ve helped to include a template for the universal bunk window- could have just been drawn on the inside of the box or included as a piece of cardboard- would’ve saved quite a lengthy job.”

“Received van cover great product but no matter how we try the bonnet will not fasten with it on. We have tried every way possible and it maybe just our bonnet catch but we cannot use it !?”

“The time frame these were sent in was great, the value for money was good The only issue I had was one of the led light strips wasn't stuck to the casing, it was loose in the casing.”

“Having used Vanpimps with great result previously I returned as I needed 2 front door seals for my Peugeot boxer. Identified as passenger & drivers doors with respective Pt Nos (SKU nos) had to be good! Received in good time but the had identical P.Codes & no SKU numbers to identify them. I then learn online that they fit either door?? Ok they look good quality but I've yet to fit. I called customer services to confirm but no-one picked up. Hmm, not what I expected. I shall review when fitted as at least I can advise of quality etc.”

We can confirm that the door seal for the passenger and driver side is the same meaning two of the same item would have been sent.They are listed separately for ease of website browsing. After checking our call system, we can see that only one call attempt occurred but due to a high call volume at the time, it meant that we unfortunately could not answer.
