Hi Ollie at customer services very good, product for a minibus seat covers poor, front set OK rear poor sent replacement still no holes for head rests £412 spent wouldn't expect to cut holes in covers not doing your company justice

Delivery and communication great, not satisfied with the fit back passenger side not able to put all hooks on the rail for the price I expected a better fit.

Great windows. Not enough glue - two tubes for each window is more realistic We had to supplement with a tube of Sikaflex each side. Black glue that comes with kit not fab quality. Also would be good to know about priming both substrates for optimum fixing.

Glass is nice and reasonably priced but the trim doesn’t fit the double skin of Mercedes sprinter properly it’s too tight and bulges, had to get new wider trim

Was disappointed to have received a part that didn't fit to my vehicle, despite me checking prior to ordering that is was compatible. Returning the item involved a series of emails along with me having to provide photographic proof of vehicle I had ordered this for. Once agreed though, collection and return was swiftly arranged. Refund currently pending....

Hi Peter, Many thanks for your review. Please accept our apologies that the item did not fit. Unfortunately our side bars do not fit if the vehicle has air con pipes underneath the van as the pipes are in the way of where the brackets would be situated. Creating a paper trail and also sending over images is just one of our procedures we have in place for returns. The product is good. (ducato side window). The instructions are just-about-adequate. But the instructions are not specific for the vehicle. It's an good-enough service but with a bit of work this could be a really good service.

Item was delivered quickly and well packaged. Quality is not bad for the money. Would suggest getting proper instruction manual sent with item.

Purchased curtain kits for my traffic van just a shame rails where bent at tight angles needed a lot work to fit van shape. Spoiled a quality curtain fit up.

Please accept our apologies that the curtains took you a little longer than expected to fit, sometimes the rails do need manipulating slightly just to ensure that they are a fit snug for your specific van. Good product and very helpful on the phone. However, when purchasing two windows for a Vauxhall Movano I asked it fitting instructions were supplied. I was told they could be found on the website where all I could find was video showing how to fit them to a volkswagen t4. This wasn't very helpful as my panels were completely different. I also found that as my windows were quite large, there was only just enough adhesive to do the job and we really had to go easy on the primer too, when the video online said to put plenty on. This was a little disappointing as the fitting kits are quite a lot of money.

Hi Ben, Thankyou for your review. We do guide customers to the fitting video as although the windows are not the same, the fitment of the windows is, in regards to where to put the bond/primer/uchannel etc. Of course the panels in the vans can differ due to the size of the vehicles. Of course the Movano windows are big windows, however we do advise that the bonding and primer should be the perfect amount per window. Terrible edging bead that fits on the cut out fare fare fare to tight took over 30 mins to fit something that in your video takes 35 secs ... window is superb I’d say a bigger tube of bond would be nice given the price

Thank you for your review. The u-channel that goes over the inside edge is designed, using metal segments inside of the u-channel, to ensure a tight finish that will not come loose or move once fitted. The fitment time can vary from van to van, depending on the spacing of the panels and how much u-channel is needed. Bought a fair few bits from Van Pimps in the past, service and products are usually spot on. However in my latest order, one of the curtains out of the two pairs I ordered arrived ripped in 3 places. Left a message for them to contact me after the weekend but nothing yet unfortunately, will have to chase them at lunch. No biggie as long as they replace the damaged curtain. Also if you purchase 'passenger side' (sliding door) curtain, be aware this is just a mirror of the drivers side and does not account for the door mechanism so had to chop into it to make it fit around the mechanism. Again, wasn't a huge issue but just a bit daft and thoughtless on the manufacturer's end.

I was alittle disappointed with yourselves as you cancelled my order as it was out of stock for 3 months .. In-between time i have recieved emails to say has been dispatched. You offered me a refund which i accepted and i had to chase on friday as it had been 5days only to be told the gent who procceses them was of sick and they only get done on a friday. At the moment i am alittle disheartened as to whether use you again Reguards Sharon Hinks

I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with us. Unfortunately in this case we weren’t aware that the item was out of stock until we went to pack and ship your order. As your order had already been marked as shipped, our system automatically sends out the relevant emails. We had a technical glitch which inadvertently added a set in to stock, the set you though you had purchased. 

As we hadn’t yet placed an order for this item from our supplier, we were looking at a long wait time until we would have this item in stock again.

 Your order was in our refund process and wasn’t forgotten about. This was issued on Saturday morning back on to the account used to place your order.

1st of all I am happy with the deal. The communication was very good. Delivery quick. However.. The profile of the windows was far from perfect. I did manage to get them to fit once left in the hot sun for a while to help the glass relax. I also had to use wooden props off the side of the house to get the glass to form to shape. The end result is more than I could have expected.. So I am more than happy with the end result.. Very happy indeed.

Front to brackets fixing bolts are not very good,you can't fix them solid ,apart from that look good

Speedy delivery and great service. Not impressed with glass I purchased tho. ( too much of a curve on glass compared to other glass suppliers. Didn’t notice it until it was installed )
