I was alittle disappointed with yourselves as you cancelled my order as it was out of stock for 3 months .. In-between time i have recieved emails to say has been dispatched. You offered me a refund which i accepted and i had to chase on friday as it had been 5days only to be told the gent who procceses them was of sick and they only get done on a friday. At the moment i am alittle disheartened as to whether use you again Reguards Sharon Hinks

I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with us. Unfortunately in this case we weren’t aware that the item was out of stock until we went to pack and ship your order. As your order had already been marked as shipped, our system automatically sends out the relevant emails. We had a technical glitch which inadvertently added a set in to stock, the set you though you had purchased. 

As we hadn’t yet placed an order for this item from our supplier, we were looking at a long wait time until we would have this item in stock again.

 Your order was in our refund process and wasn’t forgotten about. This was issued on Saturday morning back on to the account used to place your order.

 Apologies for any inconvenience caused, and we hope to see you again soon.

1st of all I am happy with the deal. The communication was very good. Delivery quick. However.. The profile of the windows was far from perfect. I did manage to get them to fit once left in the hot sun for a while to help the glass relax. I also had to use wooden props off the side of the house to get the glass to form to shape. The end result is more than I could have expected.. So I am more than happy with the end result.. Very happy indeed.

Front to brackets fixing bolts are not very good,you can't fix them solid ,apart from that look good

Speedy delivery and great service. Not impressed with glass I purchased tho. ( too much of a curve on glass compared to other glass suppliers. Didn’t notice it until it was installed )

Nice enough company to deal with. I was given a little bit of heads up about the product from one of their employees. Apparently they were doing away with the Mark II Vito accessories as they didn't have great support with them I was told. The items look ok but there is no way it match up on my vehicle. I don't know whether this is was down to the quality of the product or just the wrong item. As for straightforward fit the instructions that came with these sidebars were appalling. Overall dealing with Vanpimps was ok but this particular product ,which I'm sure they don't manufacture, wasn't great

Hi Robert, I have been advised your package was damaged in transit and can only apologise for this, we sent out a replacement item straight away so hopefully everything is now resolved. We invest thousands in quality packaging materials but unfortunately sometimes couriers damage goods, sorry this happened in your instance. Regards Vanpimps

Altho packaging was damaged and fixings were missing and had to be resent im still happy with the product but not overly happy with the brackets that hold the running boards on.

I purchased a pair of opening rear windows for my Transit Custom. I received them within 2 day! Unfortunately one of the windows was scratched. I was first asked to send pictures of the damage which i did the following morning. I then tried the whole of the day to contact them to arrange delivery of replacement. Van Pimps informed that it was company policy for the damaged window be returned prior to a replacement being dispatched unless I purchased another one and receive a refund once they received the damaged one. In my opinion customer satisfaction should come first! Thankfully Ollie (customer services) was able to arrange a door step exchange. Windows are great and I couldn't have found cheaper. Many thank Ollie!

The product it's self was ok but the way you were expected to fit it (sponges). Come on. surely there must be a better way . As the sponges are loose at one end on the longer ones.

I ordered 2 side windows and 2 rear windows for my ford transit. arrived with the 2 working days as specified. Unfortunately I have noticed 1 window is damaged, the most expensive slide opening window had what looks like been pinched so the metal frame is bent in on both the front and back in one spot. This looks unlikely to have happened during transit and unfortunately I didn't have a chance to inspect them thoroughly before the guy I had hired to come and fit them put them on the van (The damage was not caused during fitting either). Apart from this they do look great

I ordered wind deflectors and the order was processed quickly and very efficiently. It arrived as advised but on opening the box found the 2 deflectors to be there but not packaged or protected so when I got them out they had obviously been banged together and hitting each other and so were quite scratched. This made the experience average for me instead of being really good. Just a little care when packaging and dispatching would have been beneficial and improved the overall service.

Can you check the fox runner boards sent out to me were suitable for a trafic 2010 as requested, fixings for the front brackets under front doors had to be cut, not a problem , might be for someone. Plate was a double and not a single, that would have fitted easier into the hole in the inner cill once the plastic bung was removed. Also noticed plastic bag with fixings with brackets was torn unuasual for a sealed box with no damage to outside. happy with the product though.

I bought twice. Toyota hiace NSF fixed. First one fell out when I closed the tailgate. I think it is because the window is too big particularly along the top and bottom edge. The edges hit the walls of the recess way before it meets the flat (or rubber trim rather). One glue / bond was not sufficient and being inexperienced I did not know this. For the second attempt I locally sourced Total Bond, much cheaper and used for aircrafts. It's quick drying and I used 2 tubes to make the window stand high in the recess. Specific instructions for this type of problem would have been useful or a smaller cut window. Anyway so far so good and I still have an untouched fixing kit if you refund?

Hi Joanne, sorry your first window fell out, this sounds like a fitting issue due to you trying to fit the windows with a rubber external trim, our windows are designed to bond into the ENTIRE recess and if you have something else (like a rubber trim) in the recess they won't fit perfectly. In terms of bonding adhesive we only sell approved window bonding adhesive and whilst other adhesive may do the job to your satisfaction we would recommend sticking with window adhesive. If you want to return the fixing kit you have you are welcome to just contact our customer services team who will be more than happy to help!

very prompt delivery no problem... good help from the lads when i had a problem and they got it sorted ,,,my only downside to this is that the fitting diagrams may as well been in chinese apart from that all ok
