My glass arrived on time and in good condition which is great. The fitting kits were supplied with trim that only fitted onto the internal skin of the van. Mine is a transit custom so requires the wider double-skin U channel. This caused me a lot of trouble and I do not understand why you would send out the wrong trim?

Guys Thanks for your fast delivery windows still in box though . They get fitted next week if you care to send survey after that it could be a 5 star ??? hope there not damaged as I should have checked but I work away so couldent. Cant hear anything loose inside box so fingers crossed all good Regards Graham

The reason I have left a mediocre review is because I have tried on a number of occasions to chat but no one picked up. The reason I tried calling is because of faulty goods, this only came to light once fitted, as this is the case I’ve had to remodel my van to hide the fault. Weather you help me or not is irrelevant (which I’m not expecting) it’s to bring it to you’re attention that you have potentially a faulty batch of windows. If you reply fair enough if you don’t check you’re crafter side windows, both of mine are faulty. The problem is the window sliders are mounted out of line so they look like they are leaning forward.

Ordered a set of windows for my van, Citroen Relay L3 H2. Let down by DHL who said they had tried to deliver but that's untrue. The next day they delivered by windows but unfortunately one of them was broken. Reported this by email immediately, but the tone of the response was that they would look at this to see if they could send a replacement. Am I in the wrong that it's my fault that DHL probably broke the window when they unloaded and reloaded the window due to not tying to even come to my address.

Hello Simon, We do apologise for the inconvenience. I have looked into your support ticket and can see you had initially emailed in on the morning of Tuesday 24th October. Our logistics team replied to your query of where your parcel was and stated "If you encounter any more problems, please do let me know". Unfortunately one of your windows was damaged in transit to which you let us know about late afternoon. This was then passed on to our customer service team who had asked for images of the yellow label on the damaged window. We ask for this information so that we can send the correct window out for your replacement order. I can see that you sent these images at 16:27, unfortunately our customer services team did not see this before we closed at 16:30, however they are working through their emails and will be setting up your replacement order to leave us today. Once again we do apologise for the inconvenience of your original window being damaged in transit. VanPimps.

Steering wheel cover takes a lot of time and effort sewing it together with needle and thread, spent 1hour lastnight trying to fit it and it’s still not finished.

I’m pretty happy with my transit custom blinds however the took 6 days to be delivered after paying £11 for 48hour delivery I contacted vanpimps asking for a refund of delivery charge they didn’t even acknowledge my request but instead gave me a poor excuse. Really not happy wouldn’t recommend based on these reasons

The window seems really good but I think trim should be included and also some fitting instructions, the free gift was not worth bothering with , it was a 10 p bag of sweets and some leaflets for products to buy .

I will make this short and sweet. You need to do better on the shape of the metal guides for your curtains they came nowhere near the shape of the windows on my 2015 Sprinter. Yes, it is said that you have to bend them slightly. Slightly is one thing but really you can do better. Otherwise, the product is not too pretty good.

Staff appeared to want to get on with other things when I asked for guidance on a van build with my nissan. Prdducts good and competively priced seemed very focused on Wolkwagen limited options for other vehicles. Think show room could be used to better affect with more products displayed which I sure would increase sales and may be tutorial on how to fit parts such as windows carpets lining etc Very internet focused business received 3 emails telling me what I already new when walking from reception to delivery collection area. Delivery staff very helpful but took ages for goods to arrive after purchasing from reception would definatley use this company again

Products I’ve bought from you all good...to pay nearly £6.00 for a two day delivery and then tell me it’s outwith your control when it does not arrive is handing YOUR business to someone else....sorry guys but I’m out !!!!!

I received my sidebars/steps and I have to say the packaging just isn't up to the job. When the package arrived the end flap was open to reveal inadequate protection for the bar ends. On inspection the bars were scratched on the ends where they had clearly slid out of the box. The bars haven't been fitted yet so I can't comment on the quality all I can say is can you just protect the contents better on a £250 item

Customer service is very poor(phone line straight to answer phone comparitivly slow to deal with emails and alsoslow to dispatch...most better company's do next day delivery not3 + day. Quality control not all it should be sent a window obviously faulty ( see through ceramic border,when replacement arrived it also had minor fault in ceramic border. I bought edging bead and adhesive elsewhere at a better price. On a positive note windows fit well and look good.3 windows Ducato 2020

Very disappointed, used vanpimps before, very good. Not this time.. It said 2 days delivery it was 8/9 days.. Id ordered 3 door seals described to fit my vwcrafter.. The front ones came marked 2.5m long not as for each door.. And they were 15cm shorter than the original ones removed.. So no seal made and no response to the email i sent either.

Hi there. I recently fitted 4 windows to my 2017 long wheelbase citroen relay. 2 large windows behind driver and passenger side and 2 of your universal windows in side panels at the back. Disappointed to find no instructions whatsoever and no template for either tyoe of window and when i asked customer services they said take a look at you tube. Not good for someone who has never fitted bonded windows before. Never the less this i did and i got them all in after a lit of patience and measuring. Anyway im happy with the large windows they look great with no leaks but im afraid to say il be taking the universal windows out and replacing them with sonething better. Why, because no matter what i did they wouldn't sit flush with bodywork and they stick out showing the bonding underneath. Sorry to say i wont be buying your Windows again as no help whatsoever with fitting etc and to be told to go and watch you tube is just not on. Arrived damaged on first delivery but another set was sent out straight away.

Good afternoon Graham, We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our windows. With regards to the fitting instructions, we do have a fitting video on our website to guide customers through the process as well as on YouTube you will find a lot of fitting videos with both the recessed windows and the universal windows but if unsure we would recommend to speak to a fitting company. The template is in the inside panel of your van with the recessed windows, the universal windows are not recessed. Once again, apologies for the inconvenience caused. VanPimps.
