I found my package between bin etc, the courier FedEx is meant to release the package upon signature but yet they didn't ... i will complain as where I live things go missing, really inappropriate and vanpimps should re evaluate their couriers

Window at rear of door end is not the same shape as the panel, looks to b a bad piece of glass with a ripple in it

Twice I have ordered from you and both times there has been an issue with broken glass. I don’t think the packaging it sufficient

Hello, We can confirm we send thousands of pieces of glass out with very few damages, unfortunately as we are reliant on couriers sometimes they are not handled with as much care as needed and damages can occur. Hello, I have looked into this for yourself and can see your order was placed over the bank holiday weekend on the 30th of March. Unfortunately due to a large volume of orders there was a delay with the couriers delivering these items. Window was missing a key part. Called all day Friday but all the phone lines were closed, even though their opening hours said they would be open. I left an email but the response was to 'expect 2-3 working days for a reply' which is quite a long response time.

The side curtains fitted fine but The barn doors are not shaped to the van, not even close! Actually disappointed because the material is great!

Web site says 8am open got there for 8.15 no answer!! Rang number and said open at 9 am finally got an answer after shouting through loading bay. 10 min later guy comes to me and takes my order , not very apologetic, told to go to loading bay be ready in 10 min ish . 20 min later no sign shouted again , store room guy said the order not sent down to him , another 10 Minutes gone ( this next point may be my fault but ) got home and they had transposed my order , could not be bothered to go back as had time limit to fit, so all in all bloody disgruntled!!!!!!!! But products good two side windows 1 opening and one fixed

Spray glue is good , nice to use , carpet i ordered was anthracite , seems its a different colour to the anthracite I used before which is a shame , and I ordered two sets of window curtain kits for a transit custom to which one of the kits were missing , call and you said you send one out which was a week ago and I'm.still waiting , to add insult to injury , the van delivery driver shoved the box in at the rear of my van and garage door resulting in the rear door of my van being scratched......so overall not very happy unfortunately.....

Got some seat bases. I took the blame fore them being wrong as it was a model change over year. I returned them for you to send the other version. You sent me the same ones again!! I ran out of time to get it done so adapted them to fit ! Not ideal . I guess it boils down to a lad in a wharehouse picking the wrong box. Prob the ones i had first time !

So I order a number of items. Two rear windows, a 2x window fitting kit and some u seal for the window edges and two new door seals. I thought postage was initially OK. Not the fastest but also not the slowest only to fine that the shipping had been spilling into two parcels. One DHL and one via the royal.mail. one arrived but not the other until later that day. Again not a problem I thought until it turns out that the bonding kit and the u channel were missing. I contacted the customer service that proceeded to ask me if I was sure that the items weren't there ( fortunately I do trust my own eyes to tell the truth) which is a little insulating. I then had to wait another few days for the missing parts to arrive. The items themselves are of a good quality but unfortunately on this occasion let down by the customer service and order fulfilment processes.

Good delivery times but unfortunately the quality of the product is poor. Only 2 popper which are in the middle so still allows light through all corners, also no installation instructions so overall not happy with the product unfortunately.

Hello Matthew, Many thanks for your comments. Our curtains are very popular with our customers and come with 2 x tie backs. 2 x male and female poppers on each curtain to allow the to attach to the side aperture. Pre-drilled rails for mounting the curtain rail in your campervan. Pre drilled end stops for the rails. Small head self tapping fixing screws designed to not snag on the curtain gliders! The quality of the stitching of the covers was poor in a lot of places which was a real shame as overall tge covers looked good quality. Drivers back rest seat cover did not fit well at all (was too big where it overlapped undeeneath) and all the head rests were shocking dont fit properly and stitching looked completely unfinished. I'd like a refund or replacement please.

Hi disappointed with the splitter purchased as not the one pictured in the photo on your website initially I thought I had ordered the wrong one and reordered to find the same one delta second time. I have emailed about the issue but no response.

First parcel arrived quickly. Window supplied correct. Bonnet bra was incorrect style and damaged. New Bonnet bra sent and incorrect item arrived again.

I ordered the wing mirror covers but was sent the the more expensive complete mirrors set for my sprinter. Struggled to find a contact number. Then emailed in asking what to do now have no time to arrange returning the items as the boxes have also been thrown away. Just such an inconvenience as I wanted only the covers so I could get them painted to match my van colour. 😰
