“Ordered the window kit for a Caddy Maxi and as I live local, went to pick it up rather than have it delivered. Unfortunately, the Caddy I had just bought turned out to be a death trap so I returned it for a full refund. I contacted VanPimps to explain what had happened and they offered me a full refund for the windows right away. I dropped them back at their warehouse the same day. Everyone I dealt with, either on the phone or both visits to the warehouse couldn’t have been more helpful. I will get another Caddy and as soon as I do, I will be shopping with VanPimps. A great company who deserve there great reputation.”

“Customer service is very poor(phone line straight to answer phone comparitivly slow to deal with emails and alsoslow to dispatch...most better company's do next day delivery not3 + day. Quality control not all it should be sent a window obviously faulty ( see through ceramic border,when replacement arrived it also had minor fault in ceramic border. I bought edging bead and adhesive elsewhere at a better price. On a positive note windows fit well and look good.3 windows Ducato 2020”

Good afternoon, Many thanks for your feedback and we are sorry that you feel this way. We can see that you contacted us with regards to the issue on Monday 30th of January at 13.30pm and we responded back to you on the Tuesday 31st of January at 12.50 pm to apologise and a replacement window was issued that day. Your replacement order was dispatched on the 1st of February and delivered to you the following day. We cannot see any correspondence from you to advise of the minor fault on the replacement window, please email support@vanpimps.co.uk and our support team will be able to assist with this.
