“Hi disappointed with the splitter purchased as not the one pictured in the photo on your website initially I thought I had ordered the wrong one and reordered to find the same one delta second time. I have emailed about the issue but no response.”

“Excellent experience overall. I had a problem with part of my glass order being broken during carriage. Customer services were on the case immediately and arranged for replacement to be sent without delay. The product quality is excellent with perfectly finished glass, I have bought from others in the past where this hasn't been the case. I would definitely recommend VanPimps in the future.”

“The staff could not have been more helpful explaining in detail the glass I needed and how to measure correctly. The delivery was prompt as stated, and staff even marked my goods at there end as the glass fitters could not carry out the job and check no damage for around 10 days. Very good service all round would not hesitate to recommend your company.”
