“The quality is quite good, I’ve spent quite a bit pimping my van up - like everyone’s they seem to be a money pit, the product itself is quite good quality but the honest truth is I think everything for vans is overpriced not just your company but every supplier. Doing a self conversion is supposed to be on a budget for the everyday working man. I will use VanPims again but unfortunately will not have any funds available to take advantage of the free post voucher & it is the postage that hat makes the item expensive, but like I said good product, Thanks Mark”

“Sprinter seat covers in faux punched leather. Item was described as needing extra pair of gands and that was 100% needed as true as.. lol 😆 what an amazing set of seat covers 👏 really do actually look like seats are leather.. we live them.. Oh and the front window deflectors the week before thumbs uo too. Be seeing you soon guys. Cheers”

“***edit** after my review someone contacted me straight away and Andersen my questions, if you need to contact them, maybe email is the way forward, thank you***Fantastic company as long as you don’t need to speak to someone, I’ve been calling the number on the website for 3 days now. No one picks up the phone. Haven’t received my order yet but someone did leave me a message to advise me it was out of stock”

He then managed to speak with you over the phone on the same day to let you know that the item was unfortunately not in stock. “The product was wrong, the online form to tell Vanpimps it was wrong doesn’t work, they state I only had two days to tell them. Probably the worst buying experience I’ve had in years. The product wasn’t only wrong, it was dreadful quality. Mud flaps for Ford Transit Custom.”

“I entered the building and was approached by olly who took care of my at the time complaints regarding a delivery of mine from you's . It was quickly discovered I was at fault in the orders given . Olly's customer skills in handling this was so professional and was quickly able to put things right . He was very confident and reassuring I left feeling a little daft lol. Olly is a total credit to the company, period.”
