“I have purchased a few items over the years from van pimps but the one thing I do get frustrated with is the lack of stock. I’ve tried several times to order seat covers but they always seem to be out of stock each time I go on the site.”

“Delivery was very quick and easy to install however it doesn't fit perfectly flush on the bumper lift slightly at the edge not sure whether it's because it's a 2026 van. But definitely will protect the painted bumper.”

“Rubbish customer service. Delivered to the neighbours without my consent. We are not in speaking terms. I stayed at home to receive the package but no knock on the door or phone call. The customer service refused to re deliver and asked me to refer to the terms and services...Not dealing with these lot again.”

Hello, We apologise you are not happy with our services. When purchasing from ourselves, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. In the Terms and Conditions it is stated that deliveries require an indirect signature. This means that the order can be delivered to a neighbour if upon the delivery attempt you are not at home or do not make it to the door in time. During our phone conversation, you advised that the order could be seen through your window at your neighbours property, but that you did not wish to retrieve the shipment. As you confirmed that the order had been delivered and was visible from your property, the delivery contract had been fulfilled. Unfortunately, due to this, we are therefore unable to arrange the replacement order you requested. If we had been contacted before the order was delivered, we would have been more than happy to pass your request on to the courier and ask that the parcel not be left with a neighbour. “I bought these thermal blinds for my Vivaro and they fit perfectly. I knew what I was buying but as a warning to others, these are not blackout. The thermal outer does not make them blackout. The suction cups are the best I have seen,but they are a tight fit in the eyelets, but that is why they will not come out when taking them off. In short, brilliant blinds.”

“Really pleased with the windows. We ordered 3 but only received 1 small primer and the 2 bond tubes for 3 windows which wasn’t enough, we only had enough for 2 windows also it was so bloody hard (out of date maybe)we really struggled the use it but managed it without attaching the nozzle supplied. Super quick delivery so overall I’m very pleased”

“I've not had a chance to fit the two new windows as of yet but they arrived well packed and all the parts were there. Originally the N/S window was unavailable but as soon as it came back in stock they emailed to let me. Great serivce so far. I will use this company again.”
