“Product very good and came on time but the instructions where poor and not relevant to the side windows I was installing. If wasn’t for YouTube It would have been very difficult to install.”

“I had a problem with stictching on a seat base cover in a set I bought after only a couple of months.after contacting van-pimps and supplying photos they said they would contact the manufacturer.I heard nothing for a couple of months then suddenly an e-mail to say my order was being sent ie replacement seat cover.I was. very gratefull for the replacement ,just wish you had kept in contact as I thought I was not going to get a new base.very good quality seat covers ,many thanks”

“I asked to cancel an order but was told it was already dispatched. 8 days later I got an email saying it will be dispatched that day. Tried to cancel again ...to no avail. Delivered 3 days later”

Good afternoon Stephen, Many thanks for your comments. We have taken a look into this for you and can see that two of your orders were placed on the 21/11/22 and the first one was shipped on the 21/11/22 and the second one was shipped on the 22/11/22. Your third order that you placed was on the 23/11/22 and this was shipped on the same day, you initially emailed us to cancel on the 27/11/22 which was after the shipping date.
