“Unfortunately I could not use it because the color did not match the radiator. However, UK radiators customer service was very helpful. They took it back without any issues and also paid for return postage. Best customer service ever.”

“No bleed valve included with the radiator which meant I had a trip to ScrewFix to obtain these parts which I should not have had to do. Contacted Customer Service and was asked to send a copy of my receipt and I would be refunded however that is not the point, all relevant parts should be in the package when delivered.”

We do take every step possible to ensure all the correct items are received, just sometimes on rare occasions something like this can happen. Once you made us aware of the issue, we did offer to send a replacement out, or as you mention, pay for a part you obtain to rectify the issue sooner. “Purchase and delivery process went well. The stainless towel radiator will replace a painted steel item that has badly rusted and is yet to be fitted. As noted by another customer the fittings supplied are best used with a large washer under the screw head. However and like various other wall hung items it assumes that masonry walls are present which is not the case these days so I need to use a suitable heavy duty hollow wall fixing. The other odd point is that there are fixing lugs on the radiator that limits selecting a part of a hollow wall where a wooden joist is present. Standard towel radiator fixings that fit between the horizontal tubes cannot be used as the gap between these is too great. Apart from those two points the quality of the item looks very good.”

“Overall, good. Made an error on the first delivery attempt with the completely wrong radiator! However, a quick phone call and it was collected, returned and the correct one dispatched ASAP. Good quality radiator, well built and stylish. Yet to try it (saving on the heating at the moment).”

“Had a small hitch with the thermostat not being delivered with the radiator even though a couple of weeks had passed before I was ready to install the radiator and noticed the missing parts I phoned uk radiators straight away they were so helpful and understanding I received the conversion kit within 24hours of the phone call that’s fantastic customer service I will be using them again simple mistake’s like this can happen it how the company deal’s with it and they were superb”
