“Excellent service, I ordered thermostats and valves which arrived within 2 days. Unfortunately wasn't keen on them, they just didn't match the colour of the rads. I called uk rads to see if I could change them, no problem they arranged collection free of charge and gave me a full refund. I was in shock, they were efficient and friendly. What a company, very impressed, wish there were more companies like this one. I've reordered different ones which arrived the next day. Highly recommend”

Very well packaged which made me think that UK Radiators really cared about their product I bought and went to great trouble and expense to ensure my item arrived undamaged. “Purchased 3 Column radiators in varying sizes in anthracite with antique brass TRV valves. Great look, good quality and good heat output, although not used in earnest yet (only Oct) Delivery was prompt and well-packaged. One bracket had a slight paint blemish, this was replaced immediately with ano full set. Great product and great service”

“Really good website with excellent choice but useful filters so you don't have to spend hours searching for what you want. We wanted a dual fuel heater and found the explanations really helpful and being able to buy the accessories you need all from the same place made it very simple. The radiator was dispatched promptly and is just as described on the website - can't wait to see it in our new bathroom.”

“My first radiator arrived quickly and efficiently. However 2 others in the same order have been delayed twice. I cannot expect my plumber to install 1 and then return to install the others 6 weeks later (without charging me twice for call out). So the 1st remains in my hallway in the meantime.”
