“it's all good, but would have prefered to understand from your website that the radiator had a dual option of part of central heating system, or electric - it therefore surprised me to received various bits relating to the radiator - not everybody, like myself, is going to know that it wasn't a plain electric towel heater radiator for the bathroom, it would therefore be helpful for your website to give some explanation - remember buying on line you dont see the item & some of us need guidance from the seller - thank you”

“Great choice of radiators, I found exactly what I was looking for (long, low, double radiator). They kept in email communication throughout and the item was delivered within the specified time - I couldn't fault them. When the plumber came 2wks later to install it, he was very pleased and the result is just exactly what I was aiming for (better heating of a north facing room).”

“The company is very good delivery on time. but the towel rail element didn't work, could not get a WiFi connection to it , they replayed to my emails and tried to help but it was obvious it was faulty. So instead of having to send it back they gave me my money back”

“UK Radiators come over as a decent company doing their level best to offer customers a quality product with some proper customer service. Helpful on the phone prior to my online purchase, three Sherwood anthracite radiators and Derry black nickel valves arrived as promised and are really good quality. The rads also retain their heat so much better than the original flat panel 1980's ones that they replace. Thank you, very pleased.”

“Uk radiators were efficient and quick although difficult to contact by phone even within working hours. The outsourced delivery company were terrible. They left our package in pouring rain at the beginning of the track leading up to our house a quarter of a mile away from the property. It took a couple of days to find and it was fortunate the radiator was not taken away by the refuse contractors as it was propped up against the bins. Every other delivery service manages to bring items to the house.”

“Products shipped promptly. One failed and was replaced promptly albeit with a certain amount of interrogation e.g. was electrician properly qualified. Of course I was still lumbered with extra electrician's bill to replace faulty radiator with working one.”

Hello Mark, I apologise for the issue with the your element. We have to ask questions regarding the installation to ensure that they have been installed correctly, and in this case we found that the wrong size fuse had been used which could invalidate the warranty. Nevertheless, we agreed to replace the element free of charge. If you have any further issues with this then please do let us know. Kind regards, James
