“The valves are very good looking and a great look to my column rad. Service and delivery was prompt. Not given 5 star as some on the colour from the nuts of the valve chipped whilst installing.”

“No problem at all with uk radiators, but the delivery company they use are hopeless. Radiator turned up 3 days after courier said it was going to be delivered.”

“Very good customer service, excellent products. The negative was the return side, the supplier insisting on photographs to ensure pack correctly, and receiving three requests even though I sent them after first request felt they were trying to avoid refund, then I had to remind them to refund via you. The refund would not have Ben necessary if I was given the lenght of each panel on corner radiator.”

“The radiator is great. Exactly as described and delivered on promised timescales. Delivery was less great. I understand UK Radiators use 3rd party couriers, but that's their choice and they still retain responsibility. I received many emails from Tufnells explaining how delivery would work, but in the end they ignored everything they said and simply left the radiator leaned up against my front door when nobody was at home. It stayed there for a long time because we didn't return home until very late that evening.”

“Love this radiator. My only dislike is how far it is from the wall. It's not necessary to be so far, even though it is comfortable but takes so much space and now I cant open the door fully as it sticks out. Smaller brackets should be offreed. Also cant seem to find an automated timer setting and needs to be switched on manually all the time, but maybe it's just me.”

“Great heated towel rail for the price & looks great. Maybe spend a bit more if you've got a shower but we just installed a bath so should be fine.The thermostat works well.”

“The shopping process was great and delivery fast and efficient, My only gripe is that the radiator itself is not the best quality....the finish is not that great compared to other chromed radiators i have had in the past.. some pitting and minor blemishes in the chrome itself. If time wasn't an issue i might have returned it and got a different one.”
