“Radiator arrived damaged but a quick call resulted in a replacement despatched and received within the week. Quite happy with that service, couldn't have been achieved any better. Only suggestion would be that a radiator of that size needs a solid frame around it to stop it bending and is also too big for one driver. Good job my husband was on hand to help!”

“Great service. But can’t understand why three items two of which were identical radiators were delivered on different days by different couriers. Surely this adds to delivery costs?”

Hello, Thank you for your review. I can see that we sent those two radiators out together at the same time. Unfortunately parcels can occasionally get separated from each other when going through the parcels network and get delivered at different times. “Missing items in the original delivery but email responses good. When the missing parts were delivered they were bashed and boxes damaged but luckily all in tact. It appears that this was the courier not UK radiators. Happy with look and quality of the radiator.”

“The company is responsive with a good, friendly customer service team and excellent email turnaround. They should perhaps reconsider the current delivery partner in my area, which doesn't match the quality of the website and customer service team.”
