“Delay in shipping but I was kept informed. Answered queries promptly. Had trouble pairing fir WiFi - combination of my WiFi quality and 2 min timeframe. Very pleased with radiator and app for planing running time. Like eco feature and frost feature. We have cheap electricity between 12.30- 4.30 am so this o have set at 45 Just have to see if we can be warm in the bathroom, have dry towels - and save money”

“My plumber fitted my new towel rail. It was missing the part which made it dual fuel. Then it wouldn’t work on electric. Had to get an electrician in. He said the thermostat was faulty. Got sent another cheaper thermostat so now waiting for the plumber to return to refit at more cost to me.”

“Very happy with ordering and quick delivery. Radiator was well packed and showed no damage on outer packaging however one of the side grills was distorted and bent on one edge. We couldn't be bothered returning so straightened best we could.”
