“The radiator was dented at the back & the top Grill slightly bent & damage it is on the wall the dent is against the wall he managed to put the Grill on it is Ok. The important thing is the packing was perfect the radiator had been put in the box damaged this needs looking into as it could happen again. I have had radiators from you before but now I would have to reconsider noway could we repack a radiator to send back”

“I bought the WARP T BOLD in orange for my bathroom. Which is not being renovated till October, so I can only review the delivery and aesthetics of the radiator. Point of interest the radiator is despatched from the manufacturer so will arrive separately from anything else you purchase such as valves. It looks beautiful.”

“A great, efficient company to deal with. I purchased a radiator, ordered on Monday, it was free delivery and arrived the next day. The courier updated me regularly on delivery time, I could also track it. Although it has not been connected, I have inspected it and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.”

“Have purchased a Balmoral towel rail. Initial delivery got seriously damaged in transit. UK Radiators were however excellent in dealing with the problem. I sent photographs showing the damage and a replacement was sent without any quibble. I have thoroughly checked the replacement and it is perfect. In fact the finish is stunning. Too soon to comment on its performance due to time of year, but I’m sure it will be fine. I do know however that it will look fabulous in my “period refit” bathroom. Very pleased”

“Great little radiator and really good value for money. Dispatched promptly and company responsive to my specific request re delivery. Based on my experience, highly recommended. Although paid for next day the delivery company let me down. However, UK Radiators were quick to respond and the radiator was delivered the following day by 9.30am. No complaints. Will certainly use again in the future.”
