My plumber fitted my new towel rail. It was missing the part which made it dual fuel. Then it wouldn’t work on electric. Had to get an electrician in. He said the thermostat was faulty. Got sent another cheaper thermostat so now waiting for the plumber to return to refit at more cost to me.
