I think the service delivery was very professional however I only have to PAT test for insurance and not sure it adds much value as a service in terms of safety itslef especially annually.

The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is the office said they would be there at 9 and they turned up at 11.

I am very sorry that the engineer did not turn up at the requested time but this can sometimes be the result of another job over running or traffic. PAT tester was friendly but unfortunately there are too many sales calls before and after the PAT test. We also booked for an afternoon slot on a Friday as this was our quietest time, however the PAT tester was waiting when I got to work on the morning of the test.

First of all I am pleased that you were happy with the engineer who carried out the work for you. I apologise for the amount of calls you received prior to our visit and this will be looked into internally. It is not always possible for our engineers to turn up at a specific time as jobs can over run or the engineer may be delayed due to traffic. We had 3 visits in total - 2 to site equipment and 1 to HQ. I cannot vouch for site inspections, but was not impressed with the engineer who visited HQ. He turned up toward the end of the day for initial appointment stressed almost to tears due to a previous job/extra journey he'd been asked to make. He would not engage in conversation with me despite being advised that I was his point of contact for information/instruction. He had to arrange to come back as there were more items than thought (made worse by turning up late in the day due to other jobs). When he returned on a later date, he made virtually no verbal interaction, just wandered about without checking with me exactly what needed doing. The only time he engaged in conversation was when it was time to give feedback over the phone, which was handed to me with a forced smile. I was not impressed that I had to give feedback whilst the engineer was standing next to me, making it difficult/awkward to give proper feedback. I would suggest that training is given in interacting with clients and that feedback is not done over the phone whilst engineer is still on site.

Very efficient and reliable. The gentleman who came to test the appliances was very pleasant and carried out the tests quickly and without fuss and caused little or no disruption to the business.
