The engineer was a bit slow but this may be required. He was also a little chatty.

Technician on site was punctual, efficient and helpful. Incorrectly billed for socket testing which I didn't see carried out and would not have been required anyway

We aim to provide a complete service which is the reason for the socket testing, however, it is totally up to the customer if they wish for this service to be carried out. Generally very good service. All persons contacted or encountered were polite and helpful and actual testing very thorough. Also always easy to contact them. However, although a note of a verbally agreed discount was made "on the file", the invoice emailed was incorrect and my email pointing this out was not responded to. I then responded to a payment reminder letter and the matter was sorted very quickly. Despite this "hiccup", I would recommend this Company.

The service provided by the technician who did our PAT testing was very good. He was polite and professional. However the admin service is a little less reliable - emails left unanswered so that I have had to chase for responses. Phone contact can sometimes be a bit abrupt.

Richard carried out PAT testing in our building which is full of different rooms, equipment and activity and where staff are often called in various directions. He was flexible, efficient and good humored throughout and gave us confidence both in terms of his work and also in his ability to work with us in our setting without being too demanding. Richard is someone I would recommend to other organisations.

Appointment was organised very efficiently and fitted into our shcedule. Electrician, Ritchie was very polite and carried out the testing with minimum fuss and disruption. Very good service.

The actual testing was fine with little disruption. The final bill, however, was almost double what we'd been quoted, with extra charges added that had not been agreed or discussed. Some charges were removed as a "goodwill gesture" when queried but I would be wary of this in future as felt misled by the original quote.
