“Very happy with the tester's work on the day, however, the initial appointment was problematic. I suspect the usual communications issue ie I informed times of availability and this was not transferred to the worksheet, nor was I kept informed if it was an issue of overwhelming tests to do at prior sites.”

Thank you for your comments this is much appreciated. Sorry to hear about the mis communication, unfortunately, sometimes our engineers are asked to test more appliances than originally mentioned, so this has a knock on affect. Our operations team are really busy too trying to re-arrange appointments and speak to our engineers, so sorry you were not kept informed of the times.

“The electric and fire safety engineer were both prompt,polite and efficient. My only criticism is response to emails, I emailed to double check a date and time and didn’t have a reply, I then asked for a repeat of the invoice as I had accidentally deleted the email and I didn’t receive a reply to this either..”

“Sales don’t read We have ice cream vans and need morning appointment. They try to change booked appointment to afternoon as their engineer is in the area on a few occasions. Excellent prompt service regards to the engineer and very polite.”

“Nothing to see here, your operator came & tested everything electrical quickly & efficiently, as he always does. Just annoying that you want to want to test the appliances a month early every year, but that's a management issue, not a technical operator issue.”
